 8, 2006, THE TENANT IMPROVEMENT
 PERMIT MAY BE APPROVED. THE BUILDING OWNER WILL BE
 NOTIFIED OF AN UNSAFE CONDITION ON THE
 EXISTING STRUCTURE BY THE CITY FIRE MARSHAL?S OFFICE
 AND ASKED TO UNDERTAKE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS
 TO CORRECT THE SITUATION.
