 THIS PLAN HAS BEEN APPROVED PROVISIONALLY. FAILURE TO
 CORRECT THE LISTED DEFICIENCIES IN THIS PLAN PRIOR TO
 INSPECTION WILL RESULT IN FAILED INSPECTION(S) AND THE
 ASSESSMENT OF RE-INSPECTION FEE(S). REVISIONS REQUIRE

 BE RESERVED SWING TO ALLOW DOOR TO NOT BLOCK EGRESS TO
 ROOM 1030 AND ALLOW DOOR TO LAY FLAT AGAINST THE
 CORRIDOR WALL PER
 2007/09 FBC-B 1005.2 SEE DOOR ENCROACHMENT.
  
 3) CORRIDOR DOOR SEPERATING CORRIDOR W1 & W2 WAS
 REVERSED AS REQUIRED BY 2007/09 FBC-B 1008.1.2 THIS
 CREATES A SECONDARY PROBLEM WITH 2007/09 FBC-B 11-4.
 13.6 THE REQUIRED 18 INCHES LATCH SIDE OF DOOR,
 CONTRACTOR SPOKE WWITH OWNER, BIFOLD DOORS TO BE
 REMOVED TO SOLVE THIS CODE ISSUE.
