 ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE QUESTION IS THE FRONT
 ENTRY AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND OR THE EXTERIOR DOOR
 THAT IS PART OF THE S2 CORRIDOR? THE SITE PLAN AS-1 AND
 NEW ACCESSIBILTY RAMP DOES NOT CONNECT TO AN ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE OR PART OF THE EXIT DISCHARGE 2007/09 FBC-B
 11-4.1.2(1).
 2007 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 1B) THE LS-1.0 NOR A-1.0 THE NEW ACCESSIBLE RAMP DOES
 NOT INDICATE THE USE OF A LOWER LANDING. 11-4.8.4.(2)
 LANDINGS. ALL LANDINGS ON RAMPS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN
 60" CLEAR, & THE BOTTOM OF EACH RAMP SHALL HAVE NOT
 LESS THAN 72" OF STRAIGHT & LEVEL CLEARENCE.
  
 2A) NEITHER THE LS-1.0 NOR A-1.0 INDICATE THE USE OF
 FIRE RATED WALLS. THE FBC-B TABLE 508.2 REQUIRES WALLS
 TO BE FIRE RATED FOR INCIDENTAL USE AREAS (TABLE 508.2)
 ROOMA OR AREAS THAT ARE INCLUDED IN THIS CATEGORY ARE
 STORAGE ROOMS 100 SQ FT OR LARGER FOR BUILDINGS THAT DO
 NOT HAVE FIRE SPRINKLERS.
  
 2B) THE CONSTRUCTION OF THESE WALLS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 FBC-B 508.2.2.1 CONSTRUCTION. WHERE TABLE 508.2
 REQUIRES A FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED SEPARATION, THE
 INCIDENTAL USE AREA SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM THE
 REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING BY A FIRE BARRIER CONSTRUCTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 706 OR A HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLY
 CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 711, OR BOTH.
 WHERE TABLE 508.2 PERMITS AN AUTOMATIC
 FIRE-EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM WITHOUT A FIRE BARRIER, THE
 INCIDENTAL USE AREA SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM THE
 REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING BY CONSTRUCTION CAPABLE OF
 RESISTING THE PASSAGE OF SMOKE. THE PARTITIONS SHALL
 EXTEND FROM THE FLOOR TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE
 FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLY OR
 FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED ROOF/CEILING ASSEMBLY ABOVE OR TO

 NOT HAVING THE MANEUVERING CLEARENCES REQUIRED BY FBC-B
 11-4.13.6 & SECTION FBC-B 11-4.4.1 PROTRUDING OBJECTS
 WITH THE TYPE OF FIRE EXTINGUISHER INDICATED AND
 LOCATION. OBJECTS PROJECTING FROM WALLS (FOR EXAMPLE,
 TELEPHONES) WITH THEIR LEADING EDGES BETWEEN 27 INCHES
 AND 80 INCHES (685 MM AND 2030 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED
 FLOOR SHALL PROTRUDE NO MORE THAN 4 INCHES (102 MM)
 INTO WALKS, HALLS, CORRIDORS, PASSAGEWAYS, OR AISLES.
  
 5A) SHEET LS-1.0 & A-1.0 THE DOOR BETWEEN CORRIDOR W 2
 AND THE COFFEE STATION 107 SWINGS THE WRONG WAY, THIS
 BUILDING HAS AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 69, OCCUPANT LOADS OF
 50 OR MORE THE DOOR SHALL SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF

 NOT INDICATE WHICH WAY THE OCCUPANTS SHOULD EXIT.
 OCCUPANTS NORMAL EXIT STRATEGY IS TO GO THROUGH THE
 FRONT EGRESS DOORS SINCE THIS IS THE PATH THEY CAME IN
 TO THE BUILDING. IF THIS HOLDS TRUE THEN THIS DOOR
 WOULD ALSSO NEED TO SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS
 TRAVEL. FBC-B 1008.1.2.
  
 6) SHEET A-1.3 RAMP DETAILS:
  
 6A) DETAIL # 1 INDICATES FROM THE EDGE OF THE RAMP TTHE
 DIMENSION OF 1'-2" PLEASE REVIEWFBC-B 11-4.8.4(4) IF A
 DOORWAY IS LOCATED AT A LANDING, THEN THE AREA IN FRONT
 OF THE DOORWAY SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 11-4.13.6
 FIGURE 25-C WHICH REQUIRES 24".
  
 6B) DETAIL # 3 THE 18" HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS ARE TO BE
 PARALELL TO THE FLOOR OR GROUND SURFACES, NOT THE
 CONTINUATION OF THE SLOPE, 11-4.8.5(2) (GRAY BOX FL
 SPECIFIC).
  
 7) SHEET A-2.1 INDICATES INFILL OF WALLS WITH CONCRETE
 MASONRY UNITS & POURED REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAMS,
 ACI-530 CHAPTER 7 REINFORCED CONCRETE SECTION 7.5.3.1
 SHEAR REINFORCEMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED PERPENDICULAR TO
 THE DIRECTION OF APPLIED SHEAR FORCE. SPACING OF SHEAR
