 PLEASE PROVIDE THE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1) TWO COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY, SHOWING THE SITE WITH
 THE IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO THE REMOVAL OF THE USED
 VEHICLE BUILDING, OF THE PROPERTY IS REQUIRED. THE
 SURVEY SHALL INCLUDE THE BUILDING FOOTPRINT AND ITS
 SETBACKS AND THE EXISTING CURBING AND LANDSCAPE AREAS.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED AS SHEET A100 IS NO LONGER
 CURRENT. IT SHALL BE REVISED TO MATCH THE CONDITIONS
 SHOWN FROM THE SURVEY REQUIRED IN COMMENT NO. 1.
  
 3) SHEET A201, NOTE #19, INDICATES THAT THERE WILL BE
 REMOVAL OF FOUNDATION PLANTING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING, WITH A RELOCATION OF MATERIAL. PRIOR TO THE
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, A LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DIVISION WHICH
 INCLUDES A LANDSCAPE PLAN, PREPARED BY A LANDSCAPE
 ARCHITECT, THAT SHOWS THE EXISTING CONDITIONS OF THE
 SITE AND THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PLAN. THE EXISTING
 CONDITIONS PLAN SHALL INCLUDE, IN TABULAR DATA, THE
 EXISTING LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE, THE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPE
 AREA, THE AMOUNT OF FOUNDATION PLANTING, ETC. THE
 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PLAN SHALL DEMONSTRATE, AT A
 MINIMUM, NO NET LOSS OF LANDSCAPE MATERIAL, LANDSCAPE
 AREA, AMOUNT OF FOUNDATION PLANTING, ETC.
  
 4) THE EXTERIOR VISIBLE SIGNAGE FOR THIS SITE WILL
 REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT(S). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 SUBMITTED PLANS SEEM TO HAVE MORE SIGNAGE THAN IS
 PERMITTED BY THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEALER WALL, POSTER
 BOARDS, MENU BOARD, ETC. ARE CONSIDERED SIGNS.
 ADDITIONALLY, IF THE KEY DROP, DISPLAY PILLARS AND
 DIRECTIONAL PYLONS INCLUDE LOGOS OR VERBIAGE FOR
 CHEVROLET OR ROGER DEAN, THEY ARE CONSIDERED SIGNAGE.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THE NEW EXTERIOR
 LIGHTING WILL NOT CAUSE GLARE ONTO THE ADJACENT PUBLIC
 THOROUGHFARES (OKEECHOBEE BLVD. AND CONGRESS AVE.).
  
 6) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT OCCURS IN THE "NEW CAR DELIVERY
 AREA". IT APPEARS TO BE SHOWN AS OPEN SIDED ON SHEET
 A203, YET ON SHEET A805 THERE IS AN ENCLOSED AND AN
 OPEN OPTION. IF IT IS TO BE OPEN, THEN PLEASE REMOVE
 THE ENCLOSED OPTION FROM THE PLANS. IF THE AREA IS TO
 BE ENCLOSED, THEN THERE SHALL BE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 PROVIDED REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF NEW SQUARE FOOTAGE,
 THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE ON THE SITE AND THE PARKING
 CALCULATION FOR THE SITE BASED ON THE NEW OVERALL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE.
