 1A) THE PLANS INDICATE THEY ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 STANDARD BUILDING CODE. THE STANDARD BUILDING CODE HAS
 NOT BEEN EXISTANCE SINCE THE 2001 FBC-B WAS ADOPTED.
 CURRENTLY THE 2007/09 FBC-B IS THE ADOPTED STATE-WIDE
 CODE. THE 2007/09 EXISTING BUILDING CODE FOR
 ALTERATIONS TO BUILDINGS THAT HAVE BEEN ALREADY CO'ED
 FOR ALTERATIONS AND CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY.
  
 1B) THE SECOND ISSUE WITH THE COVER SHEET IS THE
 MINIMUM BUILDING TYPE VI. WHEN THE 2001 FBC-B WAS
 ADOPTED THE BUILDING TYPE VI IS NO LONGER IN EXISTANCE.
 THE 2004 FBC-B CODE COMMENTARY HAS CONSTRUCTION TYPE
 COMPARISION FIGURE 600, UNDER THE SBC BUILDING TYPE VI
 IS A TYPE VB UNDER THE 2004 FBC-B. THE 2007/09 FBC-B
 STILL LIST THE MINIMIUM BUILDING YPE AS TYPE VB.
  
 1C) THE COVERSHEET ALSSO INDICATES TTHE TOTAL SQ FT OF
 THE BUILDING AS 5,987 SQ FT THE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD
 SHOULD BE 60 NOT 59 AS TAKEN IN UNDER THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD.

 2) SHEET A-2 THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PAGE INDICATES 8 OF
 15 WORK STATIONS THAT CREATE POSSIBLY A DEAD END
 CORRIDOR OVER 20'-0" LONG IF THE EXISTING OFFICE # 2
 DOOR IS LOCKED.

 3) PLEASE REVIEW SHEET A4 THE REFLECTED CEILING PLAN,
 A5 LIFE SAFETY PLAN VERSES SHEET E2 FOR EXIT SIGNS AND
 EMERGENCY LIGHTS WITH BATTERY BACK-UP. THERE SEEMS TO
 BE A DICREPANCY IN THE PLANS. A4 & A5 APPEAR TO BE
 MISSING FIXTURES. 2007/09 FBC-B 1006.2 & 1006.3.
  
 4) NEITHER SHEET A2 OR A5 PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO
 COMPLIANCE OF FBC-B 906.1 LOCATION OF PORTABLE FIRE
 EXTINGUISHERS, A2 LEGEND DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A SYMBLE
 FOR FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.
  
 5) SHEET A3 DETAIL TYP EXTERIOR WALL SECTION INDICATES
 INSTALL NEW R-19 INSULATION OVER EXISTING DECKING AS
 REQUIRED. THE CONFUSION IS NO ROOFING PERMIT IS PULLED
 FOR APPLYING INSULATION OVER THE ROOF DECK, THE PLANS
 SHOW A CROSS HATCHING UNDER THE DECK AS IF THIS
 INSULATION WOULD BE HUNG, THESE A RE BAR JOIST
 DEPICTED, HOW WILL THE INSULATION BE INSTALLED. 106.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 6) SHEET A3 ALSO INDICATES A DETAIL (K) OF A BREAK ROOM
 SINK THE DETAIL INDICATES A 34" HIGH TOP AND ACCESSIBLE
 SINK BUT FAILS TO PROVIDE COMPLIANCE FOR A FORWARD
