 1) REPEAT COMMENT - PROVIDE A RECENT SURVEY OF THE
 PROPERTY. THE SURVEY SHALL SHOW THE DRIVEWAYS INSTALLED
 UNDER PERMIT NOS. 11040056 AND 12020104.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT - THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
 PROPERTIES HAVE TWO (2) ON-SITE PARKING SPACES. THE
 ENCLOSURE OF THE CARPORT REMOVES ONE (1) PARKING SPACE.
 THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY IS NOT LARGE ENOUGH TO
 ACCOMMODATE TWO PARKING SPACES. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE
 THIS PERMIT UNTIL A BUILDING PERMIT IS SUBMITTED TO
 DEMONSTRATE THAT THERE ARE TWO CODE COMPLIANT ON-SITE
 PARKING SPACES. THE DRAWING PROVIDED WITH PERMIT NO.
 12020104 DOES NOT INDICATE THE WIDTH OF THE NEW
 DRIVEWAY. 2 CARS REQUIRE A 17 FOOT WIDE BY 18 FOOT LONG
 DRIVEWAY TO CONFORM TO THE CITY CODE. THE SURVEY
 REQUIRED IN COMMENT NO. 1 WILL VERIFY THAT THE DRIVEWAY
 WIDTH IS A MINIMUM OF 17 FEET WIDE (PLEASE NOTE THE
 DRIVEWAY MAY NOT EXCEED 20 FEET IN WIDTH) AND 18 FEET
