 ON-SITE PARKING SPACES. THE ENCLOSURE OF THE CARPORT
 REMOVES ONE (1) PARKING SPACE. THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY IS
 NOT LARGE ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE TWO PARKING SPACES.
 ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNTIL A BUILDING
 PERMIT IS SUBMITTED TO DEMONSTRATE THAT THERE ARE TWO
 CODE COMPLIANT ON-SITE PARKING SPACES.
