| | OF THE STRUCTURE ON THE ADJACENT TRAFFIC BY REDUCING |
| | THE AMOUNT OF VISIBLE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AS MUCH AS |
| | POSSIBLE (I.E. REDUCE THE HEIGHT OF THE GATE OPEN/CLOSE |
| | MECHANISM, ETC.). |

| | 5. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING THE AREA FOR THE |
