 12/19/2011 IS FOR A NEW STOREFRONT AND DOOR ASSEMBLY.
 1A) PLEASE PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA:1609.6.2
 WIND DESIGN PROCEDURES
 1) THE BASIC WIND SPEED, V, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3. THE WIND SHALL BE
 ASSUMED TO COME FROM ANY HORIZONTAL DIRECTION.
  
 2) AN IMPORTANCE FACTOR, IW, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION1609.5.
  
 3) AN EXPOSURE CATEGORY SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 1609.4.
  
 4) A HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENT COEFFICIENT, *
 SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM TABLE 1609.6.2.1(4)
  
 5) 1603.1.4 (5) PRESSURES POSITIVE & NEGATIVE FOR
 COMPONENTS & CLADDING.
  
 1B) 106.3.3 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 STAIRS AND WAS REQUESTED THAT NOTES BE APPLIED TO THE
 PLAN AS SUCH. THE REVISION THAT IS LABELED REVISION # 2
 DATED 12/19/2011 NOW HAS A ROOM UNDERNEATH THE STAIR
 WITH NEW DOORWAY, NOT PART OF THE AGREEMENT, WILL NEED
 TO BE REVIEWED AND AGREED TO BY FIRE & BUILDING.
  
 3) SHEET A.100 REVISION TO THE ELEVATOR LOBBY AND
 DOORWAY IDENTIFIED AS # 41 DOES NOT PROVIDE SIZE NOR
 RATING OF DOORWAY THAT SEPERATES THE ELEVATOR LOBBY AND
 THE STAIRWELL LOBBY BEING THE EXTENSION OF THE OPEN
 STAIRS LEADING TO THE SECOND FLOOR. PLANS ALSO DO NOT
 PROVIDE A DOOR SCHEDULE INDICATING THE FIRE RATING,
 HARDWARE, & CLOSERS TO BE INSTALLED ON THE PAIR OF
 DOORS. FROM THE APPROVED SET OF PLANS THERE IS ALSO A
 HAND WRITEN NOTE FROM THE DESIGNER OF RECORD OF THERE
 BEING A VIEW PANEL IN THE DOORS, WILL THERE BE A VIEW
 PANEL IN THE NEW PAIR OF DOORS, IF SO WHAT SIZE AND OF
 WHAT TYPE OF GLAZING FBC-B TABLE 715.4?
