 1) THE SURVEYS THAT WERE SUBMITTED ARE NOT FOR THIS
 PROPERTY. SUBMIT THE CORRECT SURVEYS. CITY AMENDMENTS

 2) SHEET E-1 OF THE PLANS SPECIFIES THAT THIS IS AN
 EXISTING DUPLEX. THE ZONING COMMENTS AND TENANT
 SEPARATION WALL DETAIL ON PLAN SHEET 1 INDICATE THAT
 THIS IS A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE THAT IS BEING
 CONVERTED TO A DUPLEX. IF THIS IS AN EXISTING DUPLEX,
 PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT IT WAS BUILT WITH THE
 REQUIRED PERMITS. CITY AMENDMENTS 105
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R 317.1 WHICH REQUIRES THE
 ONE HOUR FIRE RATED DWELLING SEPARATION WALL TO EXTEND
 TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE ROOF SHEATHING. EXCEPTION (2)
 ALLOWS THE SEPARATION WALL TO STOP AT THE CEILING, IF
 IT IS PROTECTED WITH 5/8" TYPE X GYPSUM BOARD AND THERE
 IS AN ATTIC DRAFTSTOP CONSTRUCTED AS SPECIFIED IN
 R502.12.1 ABOVE AND ALONG THE WALL ASSEMBLY SEPARATING
 THE DWELLINGS.
  
 4) AT THE ONE FIRE RATED SEPARATION WALL THE 5/8" TYPE
 X DRYWALL IS REQUIRED TO EXTEND PAST THE TUB DOWN TO
 THE FLOOR AND ALL PENETRATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 PROTECTED PER FBCR 317.3.
  
 5) SHOW THE LOCATIONS AND SIZES OF THE ATTIC ACCESSES
 IN EACH UNIT. FBC R807.1
  
 6) THE SUBMITTED PLANS INCLUDE AN ISOMETRIC PLUMBING
 RISER PLAN AND ELECTRIC PLANS WHICH INDICATE THAT A
 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING IS BEING CONVERTED TO A TWO
 FAMILY DWELLING OR HAS BEEN ILLEGALLY CONVERTED. PLEASE
 PROVIDE AN EXISTING FLOOR PLAN AND A PROPOSED FLOOR
 PLAN TO CLARIFY THE SCOPE OF WORK. CITY AMENDMENTS

 WORSE CASE FOR EXPOSURE CATEGORY B. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC
