 5. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-485(G):
  
 A. PROVIDE SIGNAGE TO CAUTION MERGING VEHICLES FROM THE
 SECOND DRIVE-THRU MENU BOARD (OUTER SIDE) TO "CAUTION
 MERGING TRAFFIC" FROM THE ONCOMING TRAFFIC FROM THE
 PRIMARY MENU BOARD (INNER BOARD, CLOSEST TO BUILDING).
 ALSO, IS THERE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT BAR ON THE OUTER MENU
 BOARD AREA? IF NOT, PROVIDE ONE.
  
 RE-SUBMITTAL: PROVIDE ALL SIGNAGE INFORMATION ON
 SEPARATE SIGN PERMIT.
  
 B. ADD "LEFT TURN" ARROW ON THE PAVEMENT AND SIGNAGE BY
 THE ONE-WAY SOUTH-END 14' WIDE ROADWAY. SEE ENGINEERING
 COMMENTS REGARDING THE INGRESS/EGRESS OPENINGS
 RECONFIGURATION TO SAFELY DIRECT TRAFFIC FROM EXITING
 FROM THE "ENTRY/INGRESS" OPENING ON OKEECHOBEE BLVD.
  
  
 6. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-485 A 10' X 25'
 LOADING SPACE IS REQUIRED.
  
 RE-SUBMITTAL: SHOW DOORS OF DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. THE
 DOORS CAN NOT OPEN INTO THE LOADING SPACE.
  
 8. EXTEND CURBING AND LANDSCAPE AREA AT THE SOUTHEAST
 CORNER (ENTRY/INGRESS AREA) TO COVER THE ENTIRE
 DEPTH/LENGTH OF THE PARKING STALL.
  
 9. SUBMIT A REVISED COPY OF THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOWING
 REVISED SITE PLAN IMPROVEMENTS AND EXISTING/PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS WITH
 LANDSCAPING. FOR INSTANCE, THE BIKE RACK AREA IS NOW
 PROPOSED IN A LANDSCAPE TERMINAL ISLAND.
  
 RE-SUBMITTAL: SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PERMITS
 ARE REQUIRED. TWO COPIES OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND A
 COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL
 LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT
 COST SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
  
 11. COMMENTS ON THIS PERMIT (11110433), ALSO PERTAIN TO
 MENU BOARD SIGNAGE PERMIT (11090190). REVISED PLANS
 ADDRESSING THESE COMMENTS SHALL ALSO BE UPDATED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE SIGNAGE BOARD PERMIT.
  
 PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE SIGNAGE PERMIT AND REVISIONS
 MADE ON THESE PLANS.
