 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS BELOW IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE DAY CARE FACILITY USE IS NOT CURRENTLY PERMITTED
 WITHIN THE OAKTON COMMONS CPD. THE ITEM IS GOING BEFORE
 THE CITY COMMISSION FOR APPROVAL OF A MAJOR PD
 AMENDMENT ON DECEMBER 12, 2011 WITH AN EFFECTIVE DATE
 OF DECEMBER 22, 2011. ZONING MAY NOT SIGN OFF UNTIL THE
 EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE MINOR PD AMENDMENT.
  
 2) RESOLUTION NO. 287-11 REQUIRES THAT THE APPLICANT
 PROVIDE THE PLANNING DIVISION WITH A COPY OF THE
 RECORDED REVISED CROSS ACCESS AND CROSS PARKING
 AGREEMENT WHICH INCLUDES THE DAY CARE TRACT PRIOR TO
 THE ISSUANCE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 RECORDED AGREEMENTS IN ADDITION TO A COPY OF THE
 RECORDED PLAT DIRECTLY TO THE PLANNING DIVISION. PLEASE
 NOTE: THIS DOCUMENTATION REQUIRES ACTION BY THE
 PROPERTY OWNER.
  
 3) THE COVER SHEET AND SHEET SP-1 INCORRECTLY DESIGNATE
 THE DAY CARE TRACT AS TRACT D AND THE REMAINING
 COMMERCIAL AS TRACT C. THE LOT SPLIT DESIGNATES THE NEW
 DAY CARE TRACT AS TRACT C-1 AND THE REMAINING
 COMMERCIAL AS TRACT C-2. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) THE PLAN VIEW OF THE BICYCLE RACK SHOWS THE PAD AS 6
 FEET WIDE. THE SITE PLAN (AND THE SITE PLAN MOVING
 FORWARD FOR ZONING APPROVAL) CALL OUT A 4.4 FOOT WIDE
 PAD. PLEASE HAVE THESE DIMENSIONS MATCH AND SHOW THE
 DIMENSION ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 5) PLEASE REVISE THE PARKING STRIPING DETAIL TO EITHER
 STATE THE 16 INCHES ARE FROM THE MIDPOINT OF THE 4 INCH
 STRIPES OR USE AN EXTERIOR MEASURE OF 20 INCHES OR
 PREFERRED - STATE THE MEASURE BETWEEN THE STRIPES IS 12
 INCHES.
  
 6) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE FENCE, THE
 LANDSCAPE, THE PARKING LOT/DRIVEWAYS/SITE LAYOUT,
 SIGNAGE, DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, EXTERIOR LIGHTING. PLEASE
 BE AWARE THAT THE WORK ON TRACT C-1 REQUIRES A SEPARATE
 PERMIT FROM THE WORK ON C-2. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 ENTIRE C-@ DRIVEWAY WILL NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE
 APPLICABLE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION(S).
  
 7) THE BUILDING ITSELF COMPLIES WITH ZONING
 REQUIREMENTS, RESOLUTION NO. 287-11 AND THE OAKTON
 COMMONS CPD DESIGN GUIDELINES.
  
 8) PER RESOLUTION NO. 287-1, THE INTERNAL, TWO-WAY
 DRIVE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED AND PASS FINAL INSPECTION
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE C.O FOR THE DAY CARE
 FACILITY.
  
 9) PER RESOLUTION NO. 287-11, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF
 THE C.O. FOR THE DAY CARD FACILITY, PHASE III OF TRACT
 C OAKTON COMMONS CPD SHALL BE GRADED, TILLED AND
 PLANTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-450 OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
