 2) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 ADDITION AS REQUIRED BY FBC N1100.0.3.
  
 3) THE VALUE FOR THE WORK ON THE APPLICATION OF $8,000
 IS TOO LOW FOR THE ADDITION OF 265 SQFT WITH A FULL
 BATH AND A 46 SQFT WOOD DECK. PLEASE ADJUST VALUE TO
 INCLUDE LABOR, MATERIALS, COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AS
 A CONTRACTOR WOULD CHARGE. PLEASE PROVIDE A REVISED
 VALUE. CITY AMENDMENTS 108.3
  
 4) THE BATH ROOM DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FBC R307.1 FOR
 THE REQUIRED MINIMUM FIXTURE CLEARANCES AT THE SHOWER
 AND WATER CLOSET. A MINIMUM OF 24" CLEAR IS REQUIRED IN
 FRONT OF THE SHOWER AND 21" CLEAR IN FRONT OF THE WATER
 CLOSET.
  
 5) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 ADDITION AS REQUIRED BY 2007 FBC ENERGY AMENDMENTS
 SECTION N1100.0.3 THAT HAS BEEN SIGNED BY THE PREPARER
 AND BY THE OWNER.
  
 6) A CONTINOUS EAVE VENT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO
 PROVIDE VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY FBC R806.1 TO THE
 ENCLOSED RAFTER SPACES ON A SINGLE ASSEMBLY ROOF
 SYSTEM. PLEASE REVISE PLANS.
  
 7) SPECIFY THE TYPE OF EXTERIOR SHEATHING THAT WILL BE
 INSTALLED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE WOOD FRAME WALLS. FBC

 8) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R703.6.3 WHICH REQUIRES A
 BOND BREAK BETWEEN THE EXTERIOR STUCCO AND THE WATER
 RESISTIVE BARRIER.
  
 9) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R703.6.2 AND ASTM C 1063
 WHICH REQUIRES A WEEP SCREED AT THE BOTTOM OF ALL
 FRAMED EXTERIOR WALLS, BELOW THE FLOOR LINE.
  
 10) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR THE EXTERIOR FRENCH DOORS, STORAGE
 ROOM DOOR AND WINDOW THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. CITY
 AMENDMENTS 106.3.3
  
 11) THE PLANS SPECIFY THE ROOFING TO BE TORCH DOWN OR
 COLD PROCESS, HOWEVER, THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE
 SUBMITTED ARE FOR A CONVENTIONAL BUILT-UP HOT MOP
 SYSTEM. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 12) SPECIFY WHICH ONE OF THE APPROVED ASSEMBLIES AND
 FASTENING OPTION FROM THE ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVAL WILL
 BE USED. SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS
 FOR ENHANCED FASTENING REQUIREMENTS AT THE ROOF
 PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS. FBC R301.2.1
