 1- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) FOR TILE TO BE
 INSTALLED AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3. NONE SUBMITTED
 AT THIS TIME.
  
 2- SPECIFY HOW IS THE TILE GOING TO BE INSTALLED. IF
 USING ADHESIVE, THEN CHECK TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 LISTED ADHESIVES AND PROVIDE THE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2
 COPIES). IF USING NAILS/SCREWS, THEN PROVIDE THE UPLIFT
 CALCULATIONS AND NUMBER OF NAILS/SCREWS TO BE USED TO
 MEET SUCH UPLIFT PRESSURES.
  
 3- SPECIFY WHICH FLAT ROOF APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING
 TO BE INSTALLED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.2.1.4.3.
  
 4- PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR
 NAIL ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS AS
 REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA
 08-0410.09 SUBMITTED.
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DOING THE CALCULATIONS TO TAKE INTO
 CONSIDERATION THAT ACCORDING TO 2009 REVISIONS SEC.
 R301.2.1.4.3 THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C".
  
 (NOTE: ASSEMBLIES WITH GENERAL LIMITATION #9 CAN'T BE
 USED IN THIS BUILDING. THEY DON'T MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES).
  
 5- CLEARLY IDENTIFY HOW MUCH AREA IS FLAT AND HOW MUCH
 AREA IS TILE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE VALUE
 DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION TO COMPLY WITH SEC.
 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. SQUARE FOOTAGE SPECIFIED
 ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO LOW COMPARED TO THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE HOUSE SHOWN ON THE PROPERTY
 APPRAISAL WEBSITE.
  
 6- THE HOUSE VALUE IS MORE THAN $300.000. NEED TO
 PROVIDE ROOF TO WALL CONNECTIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
