 FOR A COMMUNITY GARDEN TO BE PLACED WITHIN THE PARCEL
 BOUNDARIES OF PCN# 74434309050150170 (CURRENTLY, A
 VACANT LOT THAT IS UNADDRESSED.). THE PROBLEM THAT I'VE
 ENCOUNTERED WITH THIS PARTICULAR PARCEL IS THAT THERE'S
 NO NUMERICAL ADDRESSING SPACE AVAILABLE TO ISSUE IT ITS
 OWN UNIQUE ADDRESS. ACCORDING TO OUR ADDRESSING POLICY,
 HALF OR DUPLICATE ADDRESSES ARE NOT ALLOWED (SECTION
 1.3).
  
 SECTION 1.3 PRIMARY & SECONDARY ADDRESSES: ALL
 SECONDARY RESIDENTIAL UNITS AND OR OTHER HABITABLE
 STRUCTURE SUCH AS A BUSINESS LOCATED ON A PARCEL WILL
 BE ISSUED A UNIQUE ADDRESS NUMBER. ADDITIONS TO THE
 PRIMARY HOUSE NUMBERS, SUCH AS "1/2 OR UNIT A" ARE NO
 LONGER ALLOWED.
  
 I WAS INFORMED THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER IS ACTUALLY THE
 SAME ENTITY ON THESE THREE ADJACENT PARCELS OF PCN#S
 74434309050150150 (441 25TH ST), 74434309050150160 (441
 25TH ST) & 74434309050150170 (0 25TH ST), BUT THAT THE
 ACTUAL LISTED OWNER NAMES ON THEIR PROPERTY RECORDS
 WERE DIFFERENT IN THE FORM OF TWO COMPANIES AS HALO
 ENDEAVORS LLC (3596 BIRAGUE DR, WELLINGTON, FL 33449) &
 MARK PLATTING CO (441 25TH ST, WEST PALM BEACH, FL
 33407). ON A RELATED NOTE, IT WAS ALSO NOTED TO ME THAT
 PCN#S 74434309050150150 & 74434309050150160 WERE
 PENDING A MERGER (AS THERE'S REALLY JUST ONE ADDRESS OF
 441 25TH ST FOR THAT PARTICULAR BUILDING THAT CURRENTLY
 OVERLAPS THESE TWO DISTINCT PARCELS).
  
 AS FAR AS I KNOW, WE HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO MAKE A GIVEN
 PROPERTY OWNER WHO OWNS MULTIPLE PARCELS TO MERGE THEM
 INTO A SINGLE ONE. THEREFORE, I CONTACTED KRISTI
 HENDRICKSON AT [email protected] & (561) 655-4370
 WITH A SUGGESTION THAT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL TO US. I
 INQUIRED IF SHE & HER HUSBAND COULD POSSIBLY MERGE ALL
 THREE OF THEIR PROPERTIES INTO ONE SINGLE PARCEL, SINCE
 THE TWO ADJACENT WEST PARCELS OF PCN#S
 74434309050150150 & 74434309050150160 WERE IN THE
 PROCESS OF BEING MERGED, ANYWAYS AT KELLY FREEMAN'S
 INITIATION. HOWEVER, MY UNDERSTANDING TOO WAS THAT
 ADDITIONAL STEPS NEEDED TO ALSO BE TAKEN TO MAKE THE
 OWNER NAMES EXACTLY THE SAME ON ALL THREE PARCELS PER
 THE TITLE DEEDS(ACCORDING TO CHERYL HORTON OF PAPA
 561-355-3330 & [email protected]). THIS COURSE OF
 ACTION WOULD MAKE THIS ADDRESSING ISSUE A MOOT POINT,
 AS I COULD JUST SIMPLY PROCEED WITH TYING THIS PERMIT
 TO 441 25TH ST (PENDING A POSSIBLE MERGER OF THESE
 THREE PARCELS FOR THE 2012 TAX ROLL).
  
 THE OTHER ALTERNATIVE THAT I ALSO SUGGESTED WAS TO
 CHANGE THE CURRENT BUILDING ADDRESS FROM 441 TO 445
 25TH ST (FOR THE PENDING MERGER OF TWO PARCELS INTO
 ONE), SO THAT I CAN RESERVE THE NUMERICAL ADDRESSING
 SPACES OF 441 & 443 25TH ST FOR PCN# 74434309050150170
 TO THE EAST. THUS, THE PROSPECTIVE COMMUNITY GARDEN
 WOULD BE ASSIGNED 441 25TH ST & 443 25TH ST WOULD STILL
 BE AVAILABLE FOR NUMERICAL FLEXIBILITY PURPOSES ON THIS
 PARTICULAR VACANT LOT (ASSUMING IT WOULD REMAIN
 DISTINCTLY UNIQUE & NOT BE PART OF A POSSIBLE MERGER).
 HOWEVER, KRISTI WAS STRONGLY OPPOSED TO THIS OPTION
 BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS AT THAT PARTICULAR
 LOCATION FOR OVER 30 YEARS. SHE HAS CONSULTED WITH HER
 ATTORNEY BEFORE DECIDING ON THE APPROPRIATE COURSE OF
 ACTION TO TAKE. IN THE MEANTIME, THIS PERMIT IS
 CURRENTLY ASSOCIATED TO 441 25TH ST, THE ORIGINAL
 ADDRESS DISPLAYED ON THE HARDCOPY. THE PROPERTY OWNERS
 HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE PREFERENCE IN DECIDING MATTERS
 RELATED TO SPLITTING OR UNIFYING THEIR PARCELS.
