 5. PLEASE SEE ZONING COMMENTS. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT
 THERE MAY BE EXISTING CONDITIONS WHICH MAKE COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS DIFFICULT (OR NOT POSSIBLE).
 PLEASE INVESTIGATE USE OF A CURB RAMP, SHARED ACCESS
 AISLE TO THE FRONT OF THE PARKING SPACES LEADING TO A
 SHARED RAMP, AND OTHER OPTIONS IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH
 BOTH ZONING AND FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. IF DESIGNER
