 1) 1805.2 DEPTH OF FOOTINGS. THE MINIMUM DEPTH OF
 FOOTINGS BELOW THE UNDISTURBED GROUND SURFACE SHALL BE
 12 INCHES (305 MM).
  
 2) PLANS INDICATE THE USAGE OF PIER
 CONSTRUCTION1805.5.7 IS A PRESCRIPTIVE SECTION OF THE
 CODE THAT DOES ALLOW FOR NON-REINFORCED PIER
 CONSTRUCTION WITH LIMITATIONS TO 100 MPH OR LESS. THIS
 STRUCTURE IS LOCATED WITHIN A 140 MPH WIND ZONE.
  
 3) PLANS ARE DEFICIENT IN PROVIDING EVIDENCE HOW THE
 SOIL ANCHORS WILL RESIST THE MOMENT OF OVERTURNING.
 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE
 DESIGNED TO RESIST THE OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY
 THE LATERAL FORCES SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE
 SECTION 1609 FOR WIND LOADS, AND SECTION 1610 FOR
 LATERAL SOIL LOADS. NO SOILS REPORTS WERE SUBMITTED
 INDICATING A SOILS ANALYSIS OF HOW LARGE THE SOILS
 ANCHOR FLUKES WOULD NEED TO BE OR THE DEPTH AT WHICH
 THE FLUKE WOULD NEED TO BE UNDER GROUND TO RESIST THE
 MOMENT OF OVERTURNING.
  
 4) THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE IF THIS IS A MODULAR OR
 PREMANUFACTRUED BUILDING REGISTERED IN FLORIDA'S
 MANUFACTURED (MODULAR) BUILDING PROGRAM? THE REMAINDER
 OF THIS REVIEW WILL TAKE THE ASSUMPTION THIS STRUCTURE
 IS NOT REGISTERED AS PART OF THE DCA MANUFACTURED
 BUILDING PROGRAM.
  
 5) THIS STRUCTURE BEING A EXTERIOR COOLER-FREEZER WILL
 ALSO NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT TESTING REPORT AS PER RULE
 9N-3 (31)(G). TESTING REPORTS CAN EITHER BE A STATE
 WIDE APPROVAL OF A PRODUCT, MATERIAL OR SYSTEMOF
 CONSTRUCTION BY THE COMMISSION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF A
 PRODUCT ON A STATEWIDE OR REGIONAL BASIS CONSISTANT
 WITH AN EVALUATION CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO RULE
 9B-72.070. A LOCAL APPROVAL CAN ALSO BE OBTAINED IF NO
 STATE APPROVAL HAS BEEN ACHIEVED.
  
 6) PLANS DO NOT INDICATE ANY STAIRS TO GAIN ACCESS INTO
 THE STRUCTURE ITSELF, PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 1009.3
 EXCEPTION # 6 AND REQUIREMENTS THERE OF.
  
 7) SHEET S1 OF 4 FRONT ELEVATION PLEASE PROVIDE
 COMPLIANCE WITH 11-4.27 (1-4) CONTROLS AND OPERATING
 MECHANISMS.
  
 8) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
