 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROJECT UNDER AN INFORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW ("ISPR")
 WITH THE PLANNING DIVISION. PLANNING CAN NOT
 REVIEW/APPROVE PERMIT UNTIL ISPR HAS BEEN COMPLETED BY
 ALL DISCIPLINES THAT REVIEWED THE PROJECT UNDER THE
 PPRC REVIEW PROCESS AND ALL COMMENTS HAVE BEEN
 ADDRESSED.
  
 RE-SUBMITTAL: A CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OF THE ISPR HAS
 BEEN ISSUED. HOWEVER, THE PLANS SUBMITTED DO NOT
 REFLECT THE PLANS THAT WERE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY
 PLANNING. REVISE ACCORDINGLY AND RESUBMIT. ALSO,
 ADDRESS THE COMMENTS BELOW.
  
 3. SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PERMITS ARE
 REQUIRED. TWO COPIES OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND A COST
 ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED WITH THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 4. SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN
 DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 5. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE IRRIGATION PLAN WITH THE
 IRRIGATION PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. PLEASE SHOW
 SOD IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, ADJACENT TO OLIVE AVENUE
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ELEMENTS ENUMERATED IN
 THIS SECTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL AIR CONDITIONING UNITS,
 GENERATORS AND ALL OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF THESE ITEMS AND THE MANNER IN
 WHICH THEY WILL BE SCREENED.
