 1- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO
 PAY IMPACT FEES. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF
 PAID RECEIPT.
  
 2- VALUED DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. IT WAS UPDATED AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. REVISED PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS
 $6550.58.
  
 3- SOIL TEST REPORT SUBMITTED NEEDS TO HAVE THE
 ENGINEER'S ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE AS REQUIRED BY
 CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 4- PROVIDE LOT DRAINAGE PLAN. SEC. R401.3.
  
 5- SHEET S-2:
 A) SPECIFY ALL LOADS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.1 AND
 TABLE R301.5. INCLUDE ALL ATTIC LIVE LOADS REQUIRED BY
 TABLE R301.5 AND FOOTNOTES B, G, AND H. COORDINATE WITH
 ITEM #5D BELOW.
  
 B) REVISE CASCRETE UPLIFT CALCULATIONS. NEED TO USE
 EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B".
  
 C) REVISE TRUSS DESIGN CRITERIA. USE ASCE 7-05
 REFERENCE NOT ASCE 7-02.
  
 D) SPECIFY THE 30PSF LIVE LOAD ON THE TRUSS LOADS AS
 SPECIFIED ON NOTE #7 OF THE TRUSS DESIGN CRITERIA
 TABLE.
 ***NOTE: TRUSS DRAWINGS NEED TO BE REVISED ACCORDINGLY.
  
 E) FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBERS LISTED ON THE
 CONNECTOR SCHEDULE NEED TO BE UPDATED USING 2007 CODE
 VERSION. VISIT DCA WEBSITE AND UPDATE ALL NUMBERS AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 F) REVISE DESIGN PARAMETERS NOTE #6. THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". AND, THERE IS NOT
 TABLE 1606.2D ON THE 2007 FBC.
  
 6- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) 18' WIDE GARAGE DOOR THAT MEETS THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 CALCULATED BY THE ENGINEER ON SHEET A-2. NOA 09-0128.06
 SUBMITTED DOESN'T MEET THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 B) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 C) FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL4760-R1 SUBMITTED IS FOR
 6'-8" DOORS. CLARIFY WHERE ARE THE 6'-8" DOORS GOING TO
 BE INSTALLED. PLANS CALL FOR 8'-0" DOORS.
  
 7- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 8- REVISE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:
 A) PLANS AND PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED ARE FOR
 CONCRETE TILE. ENERGY CALCULATIONS SPECIFY COMPOSITION
 SHINGLES. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 B) THERE ARE NOT INSULATED DOORS. SEE PLANS AND PRODUCT
 APPROVALS SUBMITTED AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 C) THERE ARE NOT EXTERIOR WOOD DOORS. SEE PLANS AND
 PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 D) COMPLETE ALL THE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM.
 INCLUDING THE NAME OF BUILDER.
  
 8- ENGINEER OF RECORD NEED TO UPDATE THE CERTIFICATE OF
 AUTHORIZATION FOR "THE ERNING CORPORATION". SEC.
 61G15-23.002 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND CHAPTER
 471 FLORIDA STATUTE . CONTACT DBPR AND UPDATE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 9- SHEET A-1: FLOOR PLAN IS MISSING THE WALL BETWEEN
 THE DINING ROOM AND GARAGE. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC.
 106.1.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 10 - SHEET S-3: REVISE THE ROOF SHEATHING NOTES ON THE
 TYPICAL WALL SECTIONS. RING SHANK NAILS AT 4"O.C. ARE
 REQUIRED ON ROOF ZONE #3 ALSO. NOT ONLY ON GABLE ENDS.
