 1. THE BUILDING HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED ACCORDING TO
 SEC. 94-79(A)(3) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, WHICH STATES, "OVERALL HEIGHT IS MEASURED
 AS THE VERTICAL DISTANCE IN FEET FROM FINISHED GRADE TO
 THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE ROOF FOR FLAT ROOFS; TO THE
 DECK LINE FOR MANSARD ROOFS; AND TO THE AVERAGE HEIGHT
 BETWEEN EAVES AND THE RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP AND GAMBREL
 ROOFS. WHERE FINISHED GRADE IS MORE THAN TWO FEET ABOVE
 NATURAL GRADE, OVERALL HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM
 TWO FEET ABOVE NATURAL GRADE. FINISHED GRADE SHALL NOT
 EXCEED REQUIRED MINIMUM FLOOD REGULATIONS. SEE SECTION
 94-306 FOR LIMITED HEIGHT EXCEPTIONS."
  
 2. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-85(F)(5) OF THE ZLDRS,
 THE ITEMS DEMONSTRATING THE USE OF GREEN BUILDING
 PRACTICES MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE PLANS FOR
 CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE REVIEW THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT SUBMITTED FOR HPB 11-33 AND
 NOTE THEM IN THE PERTINENT IRRIGATION, LANDSCAPING,
 PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL PLANS.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
