 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE). THIS MAY BE REQUIRED AS A SEPARATE
 PERMIT (CHECK WITH CONSTRUCTION SERVICES STAFF).
  
 3. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPOSED
 ADDITIONS TO ALL PROPERTY LINES TO INSURE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS SET FORTH IN SECTION
 94-82 OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-83, THE MAXIMUM OVERALL HEIGHT
 IS 30 FEET.
  
 PLEASE DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS STANDARD BY
 MEARUING THE 'OVERALL HEIGHT' ACCORDING TO THE
 FOLLOWING DEFINITION [SEC. 94-79 OF THE ZLDRS]: "
 OVERALL HEIGHT IS MEASURED AS THE VERTICAL DISTANCE IN
 FEET FROM FINISHED GRADE TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE
 ROOF FOR FLAT ROOFS; TO THE DECK LINE FOR MANSARD
 ROOFS; AND TO THE AVERAGE HEIGHT BETWEEN EAVES AND THE
 RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP AND GAMBREL ROOFS. WHERE FINISHED
 GRADE IS MORE THAN TWO FEET ABOVE NATURAL GRADE,
 OVERALL HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM TWO FEET ABOVE
 NATURAL GRADE. FINISHED GRADE SHALL NOT EXCEED REQUIRED
 MINIMUM FLOOD REGULATIONS. SEE SECTION 94-306 FOR
 LIMITED HEIGHT EXCEPTIONS."
