 THE ADDITION. IT APPEARS THAT ONE OF THE DRAWINGS ON
 THE LAYOUT IS FOR FLOOR TRUSSES AND THE F01 TRUSS
 DRAWINGS APPEAR TO BE FLOOR TRUSSES BASED ON THE LOADS
 GIVEN. THE STRUCTURAL PLANS SPECIFY 2 X 12 JOISTS FOR
 BOTH FLOORS OF THE ADDITION. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 12) PLEASE MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE ENERGY
 CALCULATION FORMS. (1) THE ENERGY COMPLIANCE FORM IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED BY THE OWNER OR HIS AGENT. (2)
 SPECIFY THE INSULATION R-VALUE FOR THE THE ADDITION,
 WHICH IS A CRAWL SPACE NOT A SLAB ON GRADE. (3) THE
 PLANS SPECIFY R-19 ATTIC INSULATION AND THE ENERGY FORM
 LISTS R-30. (4) SPECIFY THE INSULATION FOR THE FLOOR
 BELOW THE VERANDA. (5) THE 2 X 8 EXTERIOR WOOD WERE NOT
 SHOWN ON THE FORM. (6) THE CEILING FANS ARE NOT
 SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE CEILING
 FAN CREDIT, ONE 36" FAN IS REQUIRED IN THE BEDROOM AND
 TWO 48" FANS ARE REQUIRED IN THE LIVING ROOM. (6)
 CREDIT CAN NOT BE TAKEN FOR BOTH CEILING FANS AND CROSS
 VENTILATION PER 2007 ENERGY GLITCH AMENDMENTS C4.2.1.1.
  
 13) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED
