 1) SHEET A-000 CODE CLASSIFICATION INDICATES THIS
 BUILDING TO BE A TYPE T UNPROTECTED/ NON-SPINKLERED.
 PLEASE REVIEW TABLE 601 FOR TYPE I CONSTRUCTION THERE
 IS EITHER A TYPE I-A OR TYPE TYPE I-B BOTH OF WHICH
 HAVE FIRE RATING ON THEIR STRUCTURAL MEMBERS, PLEASE
 REVIEW FIRE RATING IN HOURS OF STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS
 AND MEMBERS.
  
 2) PLEASE REVIEW DOOR 4, 5 7 & 9 AND THIER REQUIRED
 CLEAR WIDTH, SHEET A-500 DOOR SCHEDULE INDICATE THESE
 DOORS TO BE A 2'-8" DOOR. PLEASE REVIEW 2007/ 09 FBC-B
 1008.1.1 AND REQUIRED CLEAR WIDTH. THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF
 EACH DOOR OPENING SHALL BE SUFFICIENT FOR THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD THEREOF AND SHALL PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF NOT
 LESS THAN 32 INCHES (813 MM). CLEAR OPENINGS OF
 DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE MEASURED BETWEEN
 THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN
 90 DEGREES (1.57 RAD). WHERE THIS SECTION REQUIRES A
 MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES (813 MM) AND A DOOR
 OPENING INCLUDES TWO DOOR LEAVES WITHOUT A MULLION, ONE
 LEAF SHALL PROVIDE A CLEAR OPENING WIDTH OF 32 INCHES
 (813 MM).
  
 3) DOOR # 16 SWINGS INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OF THE
 DRINKING FOUNTAIN. 11-4.15.5 CLEARANCES.
  
 (1) A-100 WALL- AND POST-MOUNTED CANTILEVERED UNITS
 SHALL HAVE A CLEAR KNEE SPACE BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE
 APRON AND THE FLOOR OR GROUND AT LEAST 27 INCHES (685
 MM) HIGH, 30 INCHES (760 MM) WIDE, AND 17 INCHES TO 19
 INCHES (430 MM TO 485 MM) DEEP [SEE FIGURE 27(A) AND
 FIGURE 27(B)]. SUCH UNITS SHALL ALSO HAVE A MINIMUM
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE 30 INCHES BY 48 INCHES (760 MM BY
 1219 MM) TO ALLOW A PERSON IN A WHEELCHAIR TO APPROACH
 THE UNIT FACING FORWARD.
  
 4) A-100 PLEASE SEE DOORS 19 & 20 FOR THEIR MANEUVERING
 CLEARENCES AT DOORS. 11-4.13.6 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES
 AT DOORS. MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS THAT
 ARE NOT AUTOMATIC OR POWER-ASSISTED SHALL BE AS SHOWN
 IN FIGURE 25. THE FLOOR OR GROUND AREA WITHIN THE
 REQUIRED CLEARANCES SHALL BE LEVEL AND CLEAR.
  
 5) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED, 106.1.2 PLANS
 INDICATE TWO LABORATORIES, PLEASE PROVIDE WHAT TYPE OF
 ACTIVITIES WILL TAKE PLACE IN THESE ROOMS, WILL EXTRA
 VENTILATION BE REQUIRED, EXHAUST HOODS? MEDIGAL GAS?
