 RE-SUBMITTAL: 11/18/11 - COORDINATED WITH ENGINEER TO
 UPDATE SHEETS TO ADDRESS COMMENTS BELOW. WAITING FOR
 RE-SUBMITTAL.
  
  
 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE LAKE POINT COMMERCIAL
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ("CPD"), MASTER PLAN IS REQUIRED.
 AN APPLICATION WILL NEED TO BE FILED TO THE PLANNING
 AND ZONING DEPARTMENT AND APPROVED PRIOR TO SIGN-OFF OF
 BUILDING PERMIT. THE COMMENTS BELOW REFLECT THE
 INFORMATION NEEDED ON SITE PLAN, PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL OF
 THE MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE CPD. UPON SUBMITTAL MORE
 COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING BASED ON REVISIONS:
  
 A. PROVIDE A TYPICAL STRIPPING DETAIL FOR THE PARKING
 THAT MEETS THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (A COPY MAY BE REQUEST, ONCE THE APPLICATION FOR THE
 MINOR AMENDMENT IS SUBMITTED OR CONTACT ME TO EMAIL TO
 THE APPLICANT).
  
 B. SUBMIT A SIGNED AND SEALED LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING
 EXISTING AND PROPOSED CONDITIONS. SINCE THERE IS
 PROPOSED CUT-THRUS BETWEEN TERMINAL ISLANDS, A TREE
 SHALL BE SHOW ON BOTH SIDES OF THE PARKING SPACES
 ADJACENT TO THE PERTINENT ADA PARKING SPACE. IS PARKING
 BEING WIDENED OR ONLY ADDITIONAL RAMPS AND CUT-THRUS
 BEING ADDED? ARE THERE ANY TREES TO BE REMOVED?
  
 C. SHOW PARKING DATA OF EXISTING AND PROPOSED PARKING
 (IF PARKING COUNT WILL REMAIN THE SAME, THEN PUT
 REQUIRED AND PROVIDED PARKING ROWS AND COUNTS
 ACCORDINGLY).
  
 3. THE EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS SHOW OTHER AREAS OF
 WORK THAT ARE HATCHED, WHICH USUALLY DEPICT DEMOLITION.
 SHOW SOLID LINES ON THE PARKING ISLANDS (TERMINAL AND
 INTERIOR ISLANDS).
  
 NOTE: ADDRESS ANY COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS, ON THE
 SUBMITTAL JUSTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION FOR THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT.
