 1. THE ADDRESS AND PARCEL ID ON THE APPLICATION IS FOR
 A VACANT PARCEL. THE OWNER ON THE APPLICATION IS THE
 OWNER OF THE VACANT LOT. PER ZONING, THE ADDRESS SHOULD
 BE 332 EVERNIA FOR THIS PROPOSED BUSINESS.
  
 2. THERE ARE NUMEROUS NOTES AND SPECIFICATIONS
 HANDWRITTEN ON THE PLAN. PLEASE HAVE THE ENGINEER
 INCORPORATE THESE CHANGES INTO HIS PLAN. IT APPEARS TO
 BE A "FILL IN THE BLANK" TYPE OF GENERIC ENGINEERING,
 BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DETERMINE WHO HAS MADE THE

 IS RECOMMENDED RATHER THAN HAND WRITING CHANGES TO THE
 PLAN. ANY CHANGES TO THE PLAN WRITTEN BY HAND REQUIRE
 THE INTITIALS OR SIGNATURE OF THE ENGINEER TO PROVIDE
 EVIDENCE THAT THEY WERE DONE BY THE ENGINEER.
  
 A SET HAS BEEN RETAINED. WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE
