 ALL COMMENTS FROM MASTER PERMIT NOT ADDRESSED: THE
 MASTER PERMIT WAS APPROVED BY DOUG WISE UNDER THE
 CONDITION THAT THESE COMMENTS BE ADDRESSED. COMMENTS
 ARE STILL OUTSTANDING.
  
 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
 (THE SURVEY SUBMITTED DOES NOT HAVE THE PROPERTY'S
 ADDRESS).
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-72(A)(3) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"): THE MAXIMUM
 BUILDING HEIGHT IS 30 FEET. THE PROPOSED HEIGHT IS
 34'-1". SECTION 94-306 HEIGHT EXCEPTIONS, ALLOWS
 CHIMNEYS AND DECORATIVE FEATURES MAY EXCEED DISTRICT
 HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS BY TEN PERCENT (10%). REVISE
 ELEVATIONS PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4. THE PROPOSED U-DRIVEWAY CAN NOT EXCEED 10 FEET IN
 WIDTH AT EACH ACCESS POINT (INGRESS EGRESS) THE
 PROPOSED PLANS DO NOT COMPLY.
  
  
 5. SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PERMITS ARE
 REQUIRED. TWO COPIES OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND A COST
 ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED WITH THE LANDCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION. THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL CONFORM TO THE APPLICABLE
 SECTIONS IN ARTICLE XIV, LANDSCAPING PROVISIONS.
  
 SUBMITTAL: PERMITS HAVE NOT BEEN SUBMITTED.
  
 6. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE IRRIGATION PLAN WITH THE
 IRRIGATION PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ELEMENTS ENUMERATED IN
 THIS SECTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL AIR CONDITIONING UNITS,
 GENERATORS AND ALL OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF THESE ITEMS AND THE MANNER IN
 WHICH THEY WILL BE SCREENED.
  
 SUBMITTAL: PERMITS HAVE NOT BEEN SUBMITTED.
