 STRUCTURE. SITE MUST BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH
 CURRENT CODE.
 2. SECTION 94-127 REQUIRES A MINIMUM 20 FEET FRONT
 SETBACK THAT REPRESENTS THE FRONT YARD. AS THE BUILDING
 IS EXISTING PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THE
 DIMENSION OF THE EXISTING FRONT YARD, VEGETATION AND
 TREES. 50% OF THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE COVERED WITH
 VEGETATED AREA, AND 30% TREE CANOPY SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THE LOCATION
 AND SCREENING OF ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND TRASH
 DISPOSAL.
 4. IF PARKING AREAS EXIST ON SITE, COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 94-111 SHALL BE DEMONSTRATED.
