 2) FROM 04/04/2001 THERE IS A 4 TIMES FEE HOLD FOR
 WORKING WITHOUT A PERMIT FOR PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL &
 BUILDING.
  
 3) THE PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT INDICATE A TOTAL OF
 6UNITS WITHIN THE FRONT BUILDING, THE CITY RECORDS SHOW
 THE LAST KNOWN LEGALLY CONFIGURED AND PERMITTED WORK
 INDICATES, FOR THE FRONT BUILDING (4) EFFICIENCY
 APARTMENTS AND (1) 5 ROOM APARTMENT.
 THE SUBMITTED PLANS SHOW VARIOUS CONFIGURATIONS OF
 ROOMS OR USE OF SPACE THAT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN
 PREVIOUSLY PERMITTED BECAUSE OF CODE ISSUES. THE
 SUBMITTED PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE EXISTING CONDITIONS AND
 PREVIOUS PERMITS (02081722) INDICATE INTERIOR DEMO OF
 WALLS MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE EXISTING
 CONDITIONS AND NEW WORK. THIS REVIEW WILL BE COMPLETED
 AS A LEVEL III ALTERATION WITH EXCEPTION TO WHAT
 APPEARS TO BE NEW WORK.
  
 2007 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II
 701.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS,
 COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 EXST BLDG CODE 801.2 COMPLIANCE. IN ADDITION TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CHAPTER, WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL
 OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTERS 6 AND 7. THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS 703, 704, AND 705 SHALL APPLY
 WITHIN ALL WORK AREAS WHETHER OR NOT THEY INCLUDE EXITS
 AND CORRIDORS SHARED BY MORE THAN ONE TENANT AND
 REGARDLESS OF THE OCCUPANT LOAD.

 12) EFFICIENCY DWELLING UNITS # 3 & 6, AN EFFICIENCY
 LIVING UNIT SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 CODE EXCEPT AS MODIFIED HEREIN:
  
 1. THE UNIT SHALL HAVE A LIVING ROOM OF NOT LESS THAN
 220 SQUARE FEET (20.4 M2) OF FLOOR AREA. AN ADDITIONAL
 100 SQUARE FEET (9.3 M2) OF FLOOR AREA SHALL BE
 PROVIDED FOR EACH OCCUPANT OF SUCH UNIT IN EXCESS OF
 TWO.
  
 2.(COMPLIED) THE UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A SEPARATE
 CLOSET.
  
 3.(COMPLIED) THE UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A KITCHEN
 SINK, COOKING APPLIANCE AND REFRIGERATION FACILITIES,
 EACH HAVING A CLEAR WORKING SPACE OF NOT LESS THAN 30
 INCHES (762 MM) IN FRONT. LIGHT AND VENTILATION
 CONFORMING TO THIS CODE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 4.(COMPLIED) THE UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A SEPARATE
 BATHROOM CONTAINING A WATER CLOSET, LAVATORY AND
 BATHTUB OR SHOWER.
