 THE FRONT YARD ARE REQUIRED (INCLUDES ALL PAVED AREAS
 EAST OF THE FACE OF THE BUILDING - DRIVEWAY AND
 WALKWAY).
  
 2) THE EXPANDED DRIVEWAY MAY NOT BE GREATER THAN 20
 FEET IN WIDTH.
  
 3) THE EXPANDED DRIVEWAY REQUIRES A WIDENING OF THE
