 2. REVISIONS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE SITE LIGHTING
 POWER PLAN (SHEET E-2.1) AND PHOTOMETRIC PLAN (SHEET
 PHM-1) TO REFLECT THE REVISED SITE PLAN.
  
 3. REVISIONS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT (PERMIT #11010327) AND IRRIGATION PERMIT (PERMIT
 #11010229) TO REFLECT THE REVISED SITE PLAN.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO THE FINAL ORDER FOR ZBA CASE NO. 3270A,
 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS SHALL BE COMPLETED:
  
 A. AN APPLICATION FOR A UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ENGINEERING
 SERVICE DEPARTMENT. UPON APPROVAL, THE UNITY OF TITLE
 SHALL BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH
 COUNTY. UPON RECORDATION, A CERTIFIED COPY SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
  
 B. A DEED RESTRICTION, IN A FORM AND SUBSTANCE
 ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, SHALL BE
 RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY
 AGAINST THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, LIMITING THE USE OF THE
 EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING TO OFFICE/STORAGE SPACE
 ACCESSORY TO THE PROPOSED CAR WASH. UNDER NO
 CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE OFFICE BUILDING BE LEASED TO
 TENANTS OUTSIDE OF THE USE OF THE CAR WASH.
