| | 3. PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 4114-08, PEDESTRIAN-SCALE |
| | LIGHTING IS TO BE PROVIDED THROUGH-OUT THE CITY?S PARK, |
| | AT THE EXPENSE OF THE DEVELOPER. THE DESIGN AND |
| | LOCATION OF THE LIGHTING SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED |
| | BY THE CITY?S DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION, AND |
| | ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE |
| | OF A BUILDING PERMIT. |
