 1615 CLARE AVE). I WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE WITH LEIDY'S
 ASSISTANCE THAT THIS PERMIT SHOULD BE TIED INSTEAD TO
 PCN# 74434328090130320 (OWNED BY: JAMCO, INC., P.O. BOX
 3768, WEST PALM BEACH, FL 33402-3768) AT 1808 CLARE
 AVE. THE PERMIT RECORD IS CORRECTLY LINKED IN THE
 COMMUNITYPLUS DATABASE, BUT PLEASE PROCEED WITH
 IMPLEMENTING THESE SLIGHT ADJUSTMENTS ON THE ORIGINAL
 PERMIT APPLICATION (AS I WAS ONLY PROVIDED WITH A
