 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) COVER SHEET INDICATES A MIXED USE OCCUPANCY AS
 BUSINESS/ DAYCARE PLEASE INDICATE WHERE THE BUSINESS
 PORTION OF THE MIXED USE OCCUPANCY IS LOCATED. THE
 PLANS APPEAR TO BE A DAYCARE OCCUPANCY PER 2007/ 09
 FBC-B 202 DEFINITIONS AND SECTION 436 OF THE FBC-B.
  
 2) PLEASE REVIEW THE OCCUPANT LOADS VERSES SQ FT, COVER
 SHEET SEE FBC-B TABLE 1004.1.1DAYCARE 20 NET
  
 3) OF THE OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE DAYCARE OCCUPANCY HOW
 MANY OF THE OCCUPANTS (CLIENTS) WILL BE 24 MONTHS OLD
 OR LESS IN AGE ? 2007/09 FBC-B 436.2.
  
 4) PLEASE UPDATE PLANS TO COMPLY WITH :
 4A) 436.2 CLOSET DOORS. EVERY CLOSET DOOR LATCH SHALL
 BE SUCH THAT CLIENTS CAN OPEN THE DOOR FROM INSIDE THE
 CLOSET.
  
 4B) 436.3 BATHROOM DOORS. EVERY BATHROOM DOOR LOCK
 SHALL BE DESIGNED TO PERMIT OPENING OF THE LOCKED DOOR
 FROM THE OUTSIDE IN AN EMERGENCY. THE OPENING DEVICE
 SHALL BE READILY ACCESSIBLE TO THE STAFF.
  
 4C) 436.4 DOOR CLOSURE. ANY EXIT DOOR DESIGNED TO BE
 NORMALLY CLOSED SHALL BE KEPT CLOSED AND SHALL COMPLY
 WITH SECTION 715.3.
  
 5) 2007/09 FBC-B 436.1 & 436.2 PLEASE PROVIDE
 INFORMATION ON ROOMS OR AREAS OF CONCERN SINCE THEY ARE
 NOT INDICATED ON THE PLANS:
 5A) 436.1(3.) ROOMS OR SPACES USED FOR THE STORAGE OF
 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS OR FLAMMABLE OR COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS
 IN QUANTITIES DEEMED HAZARDOUS BY RECOGNIZED STANDARDS.
  
 5B) 436.1(4) JANITOR CLOSETS.
  
 5C) 436.6.2 ( 1.) LAUNDRIES.
  
 5D) 436.2 (4.) ROOMS OR SPACES USED FOR PROCESSING OR

 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
