 1) OPENINGS FROM A PRIVATE GARAGE DIRECTLY INTO A ROOM
 USED FOR SLEEPING IS NOT PERMITTED. FBC R 309.1
  
 2) FBC R309.2 REQUIRES THE GARAGE TO BE SEPARATED FROM
 ALL HABITABLE ROOMS BY NOT LESS THAN 5/8 INCH TYPE X
 GYPSUM BOARD OR EQUIVALENT.
  
 3) FBC R 317.1 REQUIRES DWELLING UNITS IN TWO - FAMILY
 DWELLINGS TO BE SEPARATED FROM EACH OTHER BY WALL
 AND/OR FLOOR ASSEMBLIES HAVING NOT LESS THAN A 1 HOUR
 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING.
  
 4) FBC R 317.1.1 REQUIRES THE SUPPORTING CONSTRUCTION
 OF THE FIRE-RESISTANCE RATED FLOOR ASSEMBLIES TO HAVE
 AN EQUAL OR GREATER FIRE-RESISTIVE RATING.
  
 5) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R703.6.3 WHICH REQUIRES A
 BOND BREAK BETWEEN THE WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER
 (REQUIRED BY FBC R703.2) AND THE EXTERIOR STUCCO.
  
 6) THE EXTERIOR STUCCO OVER WIRE LATH IS REQUIRED TO BE
 A MINIMUM OF 7/8 INCH PER ASTM C 926.
  
 7) FBC R803.2.3.1 REQUIRES ROOF SHEATHING TO BE
 FASTENED WITH 8D RING SHANK NAILS AT 6" OC.
  
 8) FBC R 311.4.2 REQUIRES EACH DWELLING UNIT TO HAVE A
 LEAST ONE EXIT DOOR NOT LESS THAN 3 FEET WIDE AND 6
 FEET 8 INCHES IN HEIGHT.
  
 9) PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW THE
 REVIEW COMMENTS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED.
