 1) DESCREPENCIES IN PLANS:
  
 1A) SHEET A-4 INDICATES IN HALL #4 THE FRONT EXIT DOOR
 AS A SINGLE SWING DOOR WHERE AS A-3 INDICATES A PAIR OF
 DOUBLE DOORS.
  
 1B) SHEET A-2 INDICATES AT THE REAR OF THE BUILDING A
 OVERHEAD DOOR ON A-3 & A-4 THIS DOOR IS PARTIALLY FILED
 IN AND AN OPENING IS LEFT? PLANS DO NOT PORVIDE
 DETAILS FOR HOW IS OPENING WILL BE BLOCKED IN AND WHAT
 WILL OCCUR IN THE OPENING INDICATED.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE A LIFE SAFETY PLAN INDICATING WHERE
 THE OCCUPANTS WILL BE EXITING THROUGH WHICH EXITS.
 COMPLY WITH 1025.2 ASSEMBLY MAIN EXIT. EVERY ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A MAIN ENTRANCE/EXIT.
 THE MINIMUM AGGREGATE WIDTH OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE FOR
 GROUP A OCCUPANCIES SHALL BE SUFFICIENT TO ACCOMMODATE
 50 PERCENT OF THE OCCUPANT LOAD AND SHALL BE AT THE
 LEVEL OF EXIT DISCHARGE OR SHALL CONNECT TO A STAIRWAY
 OR RAMP LEADING TO A STREET. PLEASE NOTE THAT 114
 OCCUPANTS ARRE NOT INDICATED IN ROOM #112.
  
 3) IF VARIOUS EXTERIOR OPENINGS ARE GOING TO BE
 MODIFIED THEN THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA WILL BE
 REQUIRED:
  
 1609.6.2 WIND DESIGN PROCEDURES
 3.1) THE BASIC WIND SPEED, V, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3. THE WIND SHALL BE
 ASSUMED TO COME FROM ANY HORIZONTAL DIRECTION.
  
 3.2) AN IMPORTANCE FACTOR, IW, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION1609.5.
  
 3.3) AN EXPOSURE CATEGORY SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 1609.4.
  
 3.4) A HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENT COEFFICIENT, *
 SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM TABLE 1609.6.2.1(4)
  
 3.5) PRESSURES BOTH POSITIVE & NEGATIVE.
  
 4) FL BLD CODE 1609.6.2.2 COMPONENTS & CLADDING,
 PROVIDE 2 COPIES,
 3 IF THRESHOLD OR RESIDENT INSPECTOR OF PRODUCT TESTING
 REPORTS, MISSING REPORTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 EXTERIOR GLADED DOUBLE DOORS
 EXTERIOR STEEL DOORS
  
 5) 106.3.3 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 6) HALL# 4 WITH THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF 300 INDICATES TWO
 NEW DOORWAYS BEING CUT INTO WALL TYPE "A" A TENANT
 SEPERATION WALL, IS THIS NEW TENANT SPACE OR A SEPERATE
 TENANT OR ARE ALL FOUR HALLS UNDER THE SAME TENANTCY?
 1014.2.1 MULTIPLE TENANTS. WHERE MORE THAN ONE TENANT
 OCCUPIES ANY ONE FLOOR OF A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE, EACH
 TENANT SPACE, DWELLING UNIT AND SLEEPING UNIT SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH ACCESS TO THE REQUIRED EXITS WITHOUT
 PASSING THROUGH ADJACENT TENANT SPACES, DWELLING UNITS
 AND SLEEPING UNITS.
