 CLASSIFICATION. WHERE THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OF A
 BUILDING CHANGES, THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 902
 THROUGH 912 SHALL APPLY. THIS INCLUDES A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION WITHIN A GROUP AS WELL AS A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION FROM ONE GROUP TO A
 DIFFERENT GROUP.
  
 2007/09 EXIST BLD CODE 905.1 GENERAL. MEANS OF EGRESS
 IN PORTIONS OF BUILDINGS UNDERGOING A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 912.
  
 2007/09 EXIST BLD CODE 912.4.2 MEANS OF EGRESS FOR
 CHANGE OF USE TO EQUAL OR LOWER HAZARD CATEGORY. WHEN A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION IS MADE TO AN EQUAL
 OR LESSER HAZARD CATEGORY (HIGHER NUMBER) AS SHOWN IN
 TABLE 912.4, EXISTING ELEMENTS OF THE MEANS OF EGRESS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 805 FOR
 THE NEW OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION. NEWLY CONSTRUCTED OR
 CONFIGURED MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, BUILDING.
  
 1) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN (COVERSHEET) AND A-1.0 DOES NOT
 INDICATE ANY RATED CORRIDORS. THE CODE DOES ALLOW FOR
 SMALL BUSINESS OCCUPANCIES THAT ONLY REQUIRE A SINGLE
 EXIT NOT TO REQUIRE RATED CORRIDORS AND OR EVEN SINGLE
 TENANT BUSINESS OCCUPANCIES THAT OCCUPY A WHOLE FLOOR
 MAY NOT REQUIRE RATED CORRIDORS IF THE DESIGN IS AN
 OPEN FLOOR PLAN.
  
 THE ISSUE IS WITHIN THE CLASSROOM #118 TABLE 1015.1
 DOES REQUIRE 2 EXITS FROM THE CLASS ROOM. THE ONE EXIT
 IS DIRECTLY TO THE EXTERIOR, THE SECOND IS TO WITHIN A
 EXIT ACCESS COORIDOR. TABLE 1017.1 REQUIRES BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCIES IN NON-SPRIRKLERED BUILDING HAVING A
 OCCUPANT LOAD GREATER THAN 30 TO BE ONE-HOUR FIRE RATED
 CORRIDORS. THIS WOULD MEAN NOT ONLY FIRE RATING OF THE
 CORRIDOR BUT FIRRE DAMPERS FOR ANY PENETRATIONS OF DUCT
 WORK WITHIN THE CORRIDOR.
  
 2) SHEET S-1 THERE APPEARS TO BE A DISCREPANCY IN THE
 IDENTIFYING WIND ZONES ON THE ROOF AND WALL DIAGRAMS,
 THEY DO NOT MATCH UP WITH THE COLUMN HEADINGS FOR WALLS
 AND FLAT ROOF ZONES, ONE OF THE TWO IS MIS-LABELED.
 PLEASE ALSO REVIEW PRESSURES TO VERIFY THE CORRECT
 PRESSURE FOR COLUMN HEADING.

 3) CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, PLANS WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED
 BY PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT BEFORE
 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
