 2. SHEET A100 SHOWS NEW DISPLAY AREA/STORAGE AREA FOR
 VEHICLES. PROVIDE INFORMATION ON SITE DATA REGARDING
 HOW MANY SPACES WILL BE USED FOR VEHICLE DISPLAY. THE
 PARKING REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 THREE (3) PARKING SPACES REQUIRED PER SERVICE BAY;
 ONE (1) PARKING SPACE PER 500 SQUARE FEET OF ENCLOSED
 AREA (PROVIDE ALL BUILDINGS SQUARE FOOTAGE);
 ONE (1) PARKING SPACE PER 1,500 SQUARE FEET OF OUTDOOR
 STORAGE (THIS INCLUDES INVENTORY PARKING AND DISPLAY
 AREA)
  
 PROVIDE PARKING REQUIREMENTS ABOVE AND SHOW TOTAL
 PARKING REQUIRED AND PROVIDED ON SITE DATA.
  
 3. ANY NEW SIGNAGE ON BUILDING OR FREE STANDING
 REQUIRES A SEPARATE SIGNAGE BUILDING PERMIT. SHOW
 EXISTING SIGNAGE WITH SQUARE FOOTAGE AND PROPOSED,
 INCLUDING FACADE DIMENSIONS FOR EACH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING(S).
