 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) SHEET A-2 INDICATES THE REMOVAL OF A WALL THAT IS
 COMMON TO THE FIRST FLOOR. THE PLANS INDICATE THIS TO
 BE A MEZZANINE LEVEL, IT CAN NOT BE DETERMINED IF THIS
 IS A MEZZANINE OR A INTERMETANT STORY, 2ND FLOOR THAT
 MAY NOT BE COMMON TO THE REST OF THE BUILDING. THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE MEZZANINE IS INDICATED AS 2566 SQ
 FT THE CLEAR OPEN AREA BENEATH THE MEZZANINE WITHOUT
 ANY WALLS WILL NEED TO BE 5132 SQ FT TO MEET THE
 DEFINITION OF MEZZANINE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION.505.2 EXCEPTION # 2.
  
 2) THE MEZZANINE IS SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN TO THE ROOM
 BELOW 505.4PLEASE INDICATE IF ANY OF THE EXEMPTIONS
 APPLY.
  
 3) IF THIS AREA IS TO BE CONSIDERED AN INTERMETANT 2ND
 FLOOR THAT WILL BE LOOKING INTO A LOBBY TYPE ATRIUM
 WITH A GLASS WALL, THEN THE REQUIREMNTS OF ATRIUM WILL
 APPLY TO THE GLASS WALL PLEASE SEE 404.5 EXCEPTION # 1.
  
 4) IF THIS IS TRUELY THE 2ND FLOOR IS THERE A THIRD
 FLOOR THAT IS COMMON TO THE ATRIUM THAT WOULD ENACT
 404.4 SMOKE CONTROL.

 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY.
