 SPOKE WITH MIGUEL FROM CORRALES GROUP ARCHITECTS WHO
 PUT THE PLANS TOGETHER. IF ZONING IS ONLY REVIEWER TO
 FAIL THE RESUBMITTAL, THEN COMMENTS BELOW WILL BE ADDED
 AS REDLINES. IF OTHER DISCIPLINE FAILS THE PERMIT THEN
 REVISED SHEETS ARE REQUIRED TO ADDRESS COMMENTS.
  
 1) SHEET M-210 SHOWS THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW A/C UNIT
 WHICH WAS NOT SHOWN ON THE ORIGINAL SUBMITTAL.
  
 A. THE A/C UNIT SHALL BE SHOWN ON SHEET A-1.
 B. THE A/C NEEDS TO BE SCREENED ON THE 45TH STREET SIDE
 WITH A HEDGE. THE HEDGE SHALL BE SHOWN ON SHEET A-1.
 C. THERE ARE EXISTING TREES ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING. BY SCALING THE LANDSCAPE AND THE MECHANICAL
 PLANS, THE A/C APPEARS TO AVOID THE TREES. IN ORDER TO
 PREVENT LONG TERM CONFLICT WITH THE TREE GROWTH AND THE
 A/C LOCATION, THE A/C SHALL BE INSTALLED CENTERED
 BETWEEN THE EXISTING TREES.
  
 2) SHEET P-200 SHOWS THE PROPOSED LOCATION FOR THE NEW
 UNDERGROUND TANK (INSTALLATION ON PERMIT 11080160. THE
 PROPOSED TANK LOCATION IS UNDER AN EXISTING OAK TREE.
 THE TANK LOCATION SHALL BE SHOWN CORRECTLY.
  
 3) THE GAS LINES TO THE UNDERGROUND TANKS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED TO AVOID THE EXISTING TREES ALONG THE WESTERN
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
  
 4) A PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE NEW STORAGE ENCLOSURE
 PAD AND PVC FENCE.
  
 5) THE NEW TREE IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING (BY NEW ENTRY
 LOCATION) AND THE SCREEN HEDGES REQUIRE A LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT.
