 PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1) ORDINANCE NO. 3987-06 REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED CONCURRENT WITH THE BUILDING
 PERMIT APPLICATION:
  
 A. A USE CHART SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND
 ZONING AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENTS CONCURRENT
 WITH ALL BUILDING PERMIT AND/OR OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE
 APPLICATIONS STATING THE SQUARE FOOTAGE DEVOTED TO THE
 USES WITHIN BUILDINGS 1, 2 AND 3. THE SPECIFIC SQUARE
 FOOTAGE USE WITHIN EACH BUILDING MAY NOT EXCEED THE
 ALLOWANCES OUTLINED IN THE BUILDING USE SQUARE FOOTAGE
 TABLE (BELOW FOR BUILDING #1), UNLESS THE PROPERTY
 OWNER PROVIDES A TRAFFIC EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT,
 PREPARED BY A LICENSED TRAFFIC ENGINEER, DEMONSTRATING
 THAT THE APPROVED TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY FOR THE PROJECT
 IS NOT EXCEEDED.

 B. A TRAFFIC STATEMENT, PREPARED BY A LICENSED TRAFFIC
 ENGINEER, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENTS CONCURRENT WITH
 ALL BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS OUTLINING THE NUMBER
 OF DAILY TRIPS, AM TRIPS AND PM TRIPS GENERATED FOR
 EACH USE AND ITS SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR EACH BUILDING. THE
 TRAFFIC STATEMENT SHALL INCLUDE THE TRIPS ASSOCIATED
 WITH THE SPECIFIC USE AND A CUMULATIVE TABLE FOR ALL OF
 THE USES APPROVED IN THE PREMIER PARK OF COMMERCE CPD.
  
 2) THE PLANS SHOW A NEW ENTRY DOOR ON THE SOUTH FACADE
 OF THE BUILDING WITH A NEW WALKWAY LEADING TO THE
 EXISTING SIDEWALK AND A NEW STORAGE ENCLOSURE WITH
 SIDEWALK ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING. THESE
 MODIFICATIONS TO THE SITE PLAN, THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 (PALM TREES APPROVED AS PART OF THE ORIGINAL APPROVAL
 ARE LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE NEW DOOR), AND THE
 ELEVATIONS REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING
 PERMIT.
  
 3) PROVIDE CROSS SECTION/ELEVATION DRAWINGS SHOWING THE
 HEIGHT OF ALL OF THE NEW ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 AND THE HEIGHT OF THE PARAPETS. THE MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED.
  
 4) SHEET A-1 MENTIONS A DRYER VENT, WHICH APPEARS TO BE
 PROPOSED ON THE FRONT FACADE OF THE BUILDING. GREAT
 CARE WAS TAKEN IN THE DESIGN OF THE FRONT (SOUTH)
 FACADE OF BUILDING #1. A DRYER VENT IS NOT APPROPRIATE
 ON THIS FACADE, AND WILL NOT BE SUPPORTED BY STAFF.
 SUGGEST VENTING THE DRYER THROUGH THE ROOF.
  
 5) THE CURRENTLY INSTALLED LANDSCAPE IS REQUIRED TO BE
 MODIFIED AS PART OF THE NEW DOOR AND WALKWAY
 INSTALLATION. STAFF SUGGESTS PUTTING A GROUPING OF 3
 PALMS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE NEW DOOR IN ORDER TO
 MAINTAIN CODE COMPLIANCE. ANY PALMS THAT CAN REMAIN IN
 PLACE SHOULD DO SO. PLEASE NOTE THAT PALM RELOCATION
 REQUIRES A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT FROM THE PLANNING &
 ZONING DEPARTMENT.
  
 6) THE NEW STORAGE AREA REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT. THE
 NEW HEDGE MATERIAL MAY BE INCLUDED WITH THAT PERMIT.
