 LEVEL IS NOT CONSIDERED A STORY. HOW WILL SMOKE
 ACCUMULATION IN THE STAIRWELL BE HANDLED SINCE THE
 FLOOR BELOW (MEZZANINE LEVEL) IS OPEN.
  
 4E) THE SECOND FLOOR FRONT STAIRWELL WILL NEED TO
 INDICATE FIRE RATING ON THE WALLS AND OPENING
 PENETRATIONS. FBC 1020.1 & TABLE 715.4. SHEET A8.03
 INDICATES WALL RATINGS BUT THE FLOOR PLANS DO NOT TIE
 THEM TO ANY WALLS WITH WALL MARKERS. THE SAME HOLDS

 7A)109.3.6.1 THE ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A
 SPECIAL INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON
 A THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE
