 REQUIRES ALL SURFACE PARKING LOTS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED
 WITH A STREET FRONT HEDGE AT THREE FEET SIX INCHES IN
 HEIGHT AND SHADE TREES AT EVERY THIRD PARKING SPACE
 ALONG THE SIDEWALK. SHRUBS SHALL BE PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT
 INTERVALS. THE AREAS ALONG SPRUCE AVE. AND 24TH ST.
 THAT ARE NOT PART OF THE DRIVEWAY SHALL MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT. A LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 REVIEW PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE CRA IMPROVEMENTS TO SPRUCE AVE. AND 24TH
 STREET WERE ONLY IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND DO NOT ABSOLVE
 THE PROPERTY OWNER FROM COMPLYING WITH THE NMUD
 REGULATIONS. KELLY FREEMAN HAS CONVEYED THIS TO THE
 PROPERTY OWNER.
  
 2) SIGNAGE WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT.
