 1) REPEAT COMMENT - THE NORTHWOOD MIXED USE DISTRICT
 HAS MINIMUM GLAZING REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 GLAZING CALCULATIONS BETWEEN 2 AND 8 FEET ("STOREFRONT
 AREA") FOR THE ENTIRE SPRUCE AVENUE AND 24TH STREET
 FACADES. THE CALCULATIONS ON SHEET A-2.1 ONLY INCLUDE A
 SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE FACADE, IT SHALL INCLUDE THE
 ENTIRE EASTERN FACADE. NOTE - THE CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE IS THE SAME IN BOTH AND SHALL BE
 CORRECTED. NO SHEET IS PROVIDED FOR THE NORTH FACADE.
 THE GLAZING CALCULATIONS SHALL INCLUDE THE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT - THE NORTHWOOD MIXED USE DISTRICT
 REQUIRES ALL SURFACE PARKING LOTS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED
 WITH A STREET FRONT HEDGE AT THREE FEET SIX INCHES IN
 HEIGHT AND SHADE TREES AT EVERY THIRD PARKING SPACE
 ALONG THE SIDEWALK. SHRUBS SHALL BE PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT
 INTERVALS. THE AREAS ALONG SPRUCE AVE. AND 24TH ST.
 THAT ARE NOT PART OF THE DRIVEWAY SHALL MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT. A LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 REVIEW PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 3) SIGNAGE WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT.
