| | 11) THE NORTHWOOD MIXED USE DISTRICT REQUIRES |
| | MECHANICAL SYSTEMS TO BE SCREENED FROM VIEW BY |
| | LANDSCAPING OR BUILT ELEMENTS DESIGNED AS AN INTEGRAL |
| | PART OF THE BUILDING ARCHITECTURE. THERE APPEARS TO BE |
| | AN A/C UNIT IN THE PARKING LOT. THIS NEEDS TO BE |
| | SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS. ANY NEW |
| | EQUIPMENT ALSO NEEDS TO BE SCREENED. |

| | 12) THE AWNINGS AND ANY SIGNAGE WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE |
