 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING. RESUBMITTAL MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 2. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDR: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE SURFACES
 (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE FRONT YARD
 (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT BUILDING
 FACADE). THE MAXIMUM WIDTH FOR A DRIVEWAY IS 20 FEET IN
 WIDTH. THERE ARE NO DIMENSIONS ON THE PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY. ALSO, CALCULATIONS FOR THE FRONT AREA NEED TO
 BE PROVIDED BETWEEN THE FIRST 25 FEET OF LOT DEPTH FROM
 THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE MULTIPLIED BY THE TOTAL WIDTH
 OF THE PROPERTY (I.E. 25 FEET X WIDTH OF THE LOT = X
 SQ. FT. X .75 = X SQ. FT) SINCE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE
 EXCEEDS 1,000 SQ. FT. THE APPLICANT WILL ONLY BE
 REQUIRED TO MEET THE MINIMUM 1,000 SQ. FT LANDSCAPE
 AREA. SHOW CALCULATIONS OF LANDSCAPE AREA SQUARE
 FOOTAGE ON SURVEY AND/OR PLANS.
  
 SHOW ALL DIMENSIONS OF THE DRIVEWAY AND WHAT THE
 MATERIAL WILL BE (I.E. PAVERS OVER SAND, CONCRETE
 (NON-PERVIOUS), PAVERS OVER CONCRETE SLAB ARE
 CONSIDERED NON-PERVIOUS). NON-PERVIOUS MATERIAL WILL
 NOT BE COUNTED TOWARDS MEETING THE LANDSCAPE AREA
 (PERVIOUS AREAS).
  
 4. THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY ENCROACHES WITHIN THE UTILITY
 EASEMENT; EASEMENT CONSENT FORMS ARE REQUIRED FROM THE
 FOLLOWING UTILITY COMPANIES:

 5. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE APPLIED FOR
 WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN THE LANDSCAPE REVIEW
 STOP OF THIS PERMIT. THE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 CONCURRENTLY WITH THIS PERMIT AND PRIOR TO FINAL CO
 APPROVAL FROM THE PLANNING ZONING DEPARTMENT AND
 LANDSCAPING INSPECTION.
  
 6. THE POOL/FENCE AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRE A
 SEPARATE PERMIT AND WILL NOT BE PART OF THIS PERMIT
 REVIEW.
