 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. THE SITE PLAN MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT APPROVAL.
  
 2. APPLY FOR A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. SUBMIT AN
 APPLICATION, TWO SETS OF PLANS AND A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE THE INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 3. PLEAE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 4. THERE ARE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE
 PLANS. ALL PLANS SHALL BE CONSISTENT.
  
 5. THE CURB CUT FOR THE PARKING LOT (MAIN SITE) DOES
 NOT LINE UP WITH THE TRAVEL AISLE. THE LANDSCAPE STRIP
 SHALL BE EXTENDED FOR THE FULL LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT
 PARKING STALL AT THE TIME THAT THE CURB CUT IS
 RELOCATED.
  
 6. THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IN THE PARKING LOT SHALL BE
 MOVED ELSEWHERE ON SITE TO ALLOW FOR THE PROPER BACKOUT
 SPACE NEEDED.
  
 7. FOUNDATION LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED ADJACENT TO
 THE MAIN ENTRANCE INTO THE EXISTING BUILDING AND AT THE
 SOUTH END OF THE EXISTING PARKING LOT.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (2) ONE SHADE TREE
 SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EVERY THIRTY FEET ALONG THE
 PERIMETER LANDSCAPE STRIP ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 PROPOSED PARKING LOT. THE TREE REQUIREMENT ALSO APPLIES
 TO THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF THE SITE.
  
 9 THE PROPOSED HEDGES ALONG THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF
 THE PROPOSED PARKING LOT SHALL BE INSTALLED ADJACENT TO
 THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (B), ONE
 INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY
 TEN PARKING SPACES OR FRACTION THEREOF. THERE ARE
 ELEVEN PROPOSED PARKING STALLS ALONG THE NORTH
 PERIMETER OF THE NEW PARKING LOT.
  
 11. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPE ISLAND
 OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN
 THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLANDS AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PARKING LOT DO
 NOT EXTEND THE FULL LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING
 STALLS. IN ADDITION, THE TREES REQUIRED IN THE ISLANDS
 AT THE NORTHEAST AND NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PARKING
 LOTS SHALL BE CENTERED WITHIN THE ISLANDS AND CANNOT BE
 COUNTED TOWARD MEETING THE PERIMETER TREE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 12. A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE
 APPLY FOR THE IRRIGATION PERMIT AND SUBMIT TWO SETS OF
 IRRIGATION PLANS.
