| | 6. THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IN THE PARKING LOT SHALL BE |
| | MOVED ELSEWHERE ON SITE TO ALLOW FOR THE PROPER BACKOUT |

| | 7. FOUNDATION LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED ADJACENT TO |
| | THE MAIN ENTRANCE INTO THE EXISTING BUILDING AND AT THE |
| | SOUTH END OF THE EXISTING PARKING LOT. |

| | 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (2) ONE SHADE TREE |
| | SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EVERY THIRTY FEET ALONG THE |
| | PERIMETER LANDSCAPE STRIP ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE |
| | PROPOSED PARKING LOT. THE TREE REQUIREMENT ALSO APPLIES |
| | TO THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF THE SITE. |

| | 9 THE PROPOSED HEDGES ALONG THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF |
| | THE PROPOSED PARKING LOT SHALL BE INSTALLED ADJACENT TO |
| | THE PROPERTY LINE. |

| | 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (B), ONE |

| | OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN |
| | THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPE |
| | ISLANDS AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PARKING LOT DO |
| | NOT EXTEND THE FULL LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING |
| | STALLS. IN ADDITION, THE TREES REQUIRED IN THE ISLANDS |
| | AT THE NORTHEAST AND NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PARKING |
| | LOTS SHALL BE CENTERED WITHIN THE ISLANDS AND CANNOT BE |
| | COUNTED TOWARD MEETING THE PERIMETER TREE REQUIREMENTS. |

| | 12. A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE |
| | APPLY FOR THE IRRIGATION PERMIT AND SUBMIT TWO SETS OF |
| | IRRIGATION PLANS. |
