 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO THE COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE SURVEY SHOWS THE WESTERN WALL OF THE EXISTING
 GARAGE 4.5 FEET FROM THE WEST PROPERTY LINE AT ITS
 CLOSEST POINT, WHICH DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE SETBACK MINIMUM OF 5 FEET. THE DEMOLITION
 PLAN INDICATES THAT A PORTION OF THE EXISTING WEST WALL
 WILL REMAIN AT ITS PRESENT LOCATION. THIS IS NOT
 PERMITTED BY THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS AS THE AMOUNT OF DEMOLITION TO THE EXISTING
 GARAGE MAKES IT DESTROYED, WHICH REQUIRES REPLACEMENT
 MEETING THE 5 FOOT SETBACK. THE SCOPE OF WORK, THE SITE
 PLAN, THE FLOOR PLAN, AND THE HAND DRAWN ADDITION TO
 THE SURVEY ALL INDICATE THAT THE ENTIRE EXISTING GARAGE
 WILL BE REMOVED AND THAT ALL CONSTRUCTION WILL BE NEW
 AND MEET THE 5 FOOT MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENT. PLEASE
 CLARIFY THIS ON THE DEMOLITION PLAN.
  
 2) THE HAND DRAWN NOTE ON THE SURVEY STATES THAT THE
 NEW GARAGE WILL HAVE A 15 FOOT REAR SETBACK, YET THE
 SITE PLAN AND THE DIMENSIONS FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL
 PLANS SHOW THAT THE REAR SETBACK WILL BE 12 FEET.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE NEW
 A/C TO THE WEST PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE NOT THAT IT MAY
 ENCROACH NO MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO THE SETBACK (1 FOOT
 FROM WEST PROPERTY LINE).
  
 4) WHAT LANDSCAPE WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS
 CONSTRUCTION? NO TREES OR SHRUBS MAY BE REMOVED FROM
 THE SITE, BUT THEY SHALL RATHER BE RELOCATED TO OTHER
 AREAS OF THE LOT. IF A TREE IS TO BE RELOCATED, THEN A
 TREE ALTERATION PERMIT, AVAILABLE FROM ROBERT KUSSNER,
 LANDSCAPE PLANNER (561) 822-1462, WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 5) PLEASE NOTE THAT A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED
 FOR THE NEW DRIVEWAY, INCLUDING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT
 FOR THE DRIVEWAY CONNECTION TO THE ALLEY. SECTION
 94-313(1) ONLY PERMITS ONE ACCESS POINT TO RESIDENTIAL
 LOTS; THEREFORE, AS PART OF THE DRIVEWAY PERMIT, THE
 DRIVEWAY LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD (CONNECTING TO GRAY
 STREET) WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED.
