 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT
 IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 2- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC.
 713.13.
 ***NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK
 UP.
  
 3- REVISE THE DESIGN CRITERIA SHOWN ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT
 SIDE OF SHEET A-1: A) ACCORDING TO 2009 REVISIONS SEC.
 R301.2.1.4.3 THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C"
 NOT "B". REVISE ALL THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR DOORS AND
 WINDOWS AND FOR ROOF. ALSO, THE CORRECT CODE IS THE
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE NO THE 2007 FBC. THIS
 APPLIES TO ONE & TWO FAMILY DWELLINGS ONLY.
  
 B) SPECIFY ALL THE DESIGN LOADS INCLUDING THE ATTIC
 LIVE LOADS AS REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.5.
  
 C) CLARIFY WHY THE ROOF DEAD LOAD IS 12PSF. CONSIDER
 THAT PLANS SHOW CONCRETE ROOF TILE. ALSO, COORDINATE
 INFORMATION WITH THE TRUSS LOADING DESIGN NOTE SHOWN ON
 THE UPPER RIGHT HAND SIDE OF SHEET A-9. SEC. R301.
  
 4- SHEET A-4: A) CLARIFY HOW THE ATTIC ACCESS PANEL
 SHOWN ON THE GARAGE SIDE IS PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE
 ATTIC IF IT'S LOCATED ON THE WALL AND ABOVE THE BEAM?.
 PROVIDE SECTION/DETAIL. SEC. 106.1.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC.
  
 B) FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION SHOWN ON THE CABANA SIDE,
 GARAGE SIDE AND COVERED PATIO IS (0'-0"). BUT, THERE IS
 A 6" DROP SHOWN AT THE CABANA DOUBLE DOOR AND AT THE
 GARAGE SWING DOOR. CLARIFY/REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC.
 106.1.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- SHEET A-5: A) REVISE DIAPHRAGM SCHEDULE AT BOTTOM
 LEFT SPECIFICATIONS FOR PANEL GRADE AND PANEL THICKNESS

 CORRECT SECTION. AND, NEED TO SPECIFY ACTUAL VENT SIZE
 AND LOCATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806.
  
 6- SHEET A-6: ROOF PROFILE SHOWN ON THE GARAGE NORTH
 (REAR) ELEVATION DOESN'T MATCH ROOF FRAMING PLAN
 LAYOUT. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 106.1.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 7- SHEET A-7: A) PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 BUCK SIZE AND FASTENING FOR GARAGE DOOR. TYPICAL GARAGE
 DOORS DETAILS SPECIFY "REFER TO MANUFACTURER'S
 DETAILS". THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD. REVISE TYPICAL GARAGE FRAME AND DOOR DETAILS AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. R301.
  
 B) REVISE SIZE OF BUCK SPECIFIED FOR THE DOOR ON THE
 WINDOW/DOOR BUCK DETAIL. NEED SIZE THAT PROVIDE FULL
 SUPPORT TO THE DOOR FRAME AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R613.6.1.1. SEE DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR DOOR FRAME
 SIZE.
  
 C) REVISE THE WINDOW BUCK TYPE SPECIFIED ON THE TYPICAL
 WALL SECTION. BEVELED BUCKS ARE NOT ALLOWED. SEC.

 8- SHEET A-8: REVISE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION SHOWN ON
 EXISTING KITCHEN, NEW GARAGE, NEW CABANA AND NEW
 COVERED PATIO. REVISE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATIONS SHOWN AND
 COORDINATE WITH ITEM #4(B) ABOVE. SEC. 106.1.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.

 REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 106.1.1
  
 C) ROOF FRAMING PLAN IS INCOMPLETE: SPECIFY TRUSS
 CONNECTORS FOR ALL TRUSSES INCLUDING THE TRUSS GIRDERS
 AND THE TRUSSES RESTING ON THE WOOD BEAM OF THE COVERED
 PATIO. ONLY A PORTION OF ROOF TRUSSES ARE SHOWN WITH
 CONNECTORS. REVISE ROOF FRAMING PLAN AS REQUIRED.
  
 10- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
  
 A) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 B) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS
 AND SECTIONS. NOTE: PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE CONNECTOR.
  
 C) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. NOA 11-0128.03 SUBMITTED WAS
 SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE. VISIT THE MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE
 AND DOWNLOAD CURRENT NOA.
  
 D) GARAGE EXTERIOR SWING DOOR. NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR SIZE OF DOOR SPECIFIED ON PLANS. NOA
 07-0709.07 SUBMITTED IS FOR 8'-0" HIGH DOORS.
  
 E) ROOF TILE AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 F) IF USING TILE ADHESIVE, THEN PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR ADHESIVE LISTED ON THE ROOF TILE PRODUCT
