 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. TWO (2) COPIES OF A SITE PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED
 INDICATING THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LINE, RIGHT-OF-WAY,
 PROPOSED/EXISTING EASEMENTS, WATER COURSES AND OTHER
 ESSENTIAL FEATURES.
 B. THE OUTLINES OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS.
 C. THE OUTLINES OF ALL PROPOSED BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES
 SHOWING THEIR PROPOSED USES, SETBACKS, DIMENSIONS,
 FLOOR AREA, NUMBER OF STORIES, HEIGHT AND POINTS OF
 ACCESS.
 D. LOCATION AND DIMENSIONS OF ALL PERIMETER TREATMENT
 (SIDEWALKS, FENCES, WALLS, OR BERMS).
 E. LAYOUT AND LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 OFF-STREET PARKING, LOADING AND OTHER VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS.
 F. LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED DISABLED
 SPACES, RAMPS AND SIGNS.
 G. STANDARD CITY DETAILS OF PARKING (SMALL CAR,
 HANDICAP SPACE, STANDARD SPACE), HANDICAP RAMPS,
 DRIVEWAYS, DUMPSTERS AND SIGNS.
 H. SUPPLY A DATA TABLE WHICH INDICATES THE FOLLOWING:
 I. EXISTING/PROPOSED LAND USE AND ZONING.
 II. TOTAL ACRES OF THE PROJECT.
 III. TOTAL GROSS BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE.
 IV. PERCENT OF OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING, BUILDING
 COVERAGE & IMPERMEABLE SURFACE.
 V. ACRES AND PERCENT OF WATER BODIES.
 VI. PARKING COMPUTATIONS (PARKING REQUIRED, PROVIDED,
 ETC.)
 VII. FLOOR AREA RATIO (FAR).
  
 2. TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY
 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3. TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE
 PROVIDED. LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ?LIMITS OF
 WORK? IN COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY?S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 4. IT APPEARS THAT TREES ARE BEING REMOVED TO
 ACCOMMODATE THE NEW CONSTRUCTION. AS SUCH, A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM THE CITY?S
 PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT. PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY
 OF THE APPROVED PERMIT WITH THE BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
  
 5. AS DISCUSSED PREVIOUSLY, BUFFER LANDSCAPING IS
 REQUIRED ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE. IT IS STRONGLY
 RECOMMENDED THAT THIS REQUIRED LANDSCAPING OCCUR ON THE
 EXTERIOR OF THE PROPOSED WALL.
  
 6. DETAILS SHALL BE PROVIDED REGARDING THE PROPOSED
 PRECAST WALL. WHILE IT MAY BE PERMITTED BY ?OTHERS?,
 INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH THIS PERMIT
 APPLICATION, AS A FINAL INSPECTION WILL NOT OCCUR UNTIL
 SUCH WALL HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-273(D)(79)(B)(2) OF THE
 CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, ABOVE
 GROUND STORAGE TANKS ARE TO BE ENCLOSED BY A SOLID WALL
 OR FENCE. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE ENTIRE EAST
 PROPERTY LINE WILL CONTAIN A SOLID WALL AT A FUTURE
 DATE, HOWEVER, THE SECTION PROPOSED TO BE INSTALLED AT
 THIS TIME TO SCREEN THE DIESEL/FUEL STORAGE FACILITY
 SHOULD BE EXTENDED FURTHER NORTH AND SOUTH TO BETTER
 SCREEN THE TANKS FROM VIEW UNTIL THE REMAINING PORTIONS
 ARE INSTALLED.
  
 8. AS PARKING IS BEING REMOVED, DETAILED CALCULATIONS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ENSURE THAT NO NEW NONCONFORMITY
 IS CREATED OR THAT AN EXISTING NONCONFORMITY IS
 INCREASED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL GROSS SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF ?HABITABLE? SPACE (EXCLUDE MECHANICAL
 SPACE), ALONG WITH THE NUMBER OF EXISTING SPACES,
 PROPOSED SPACES, ETC. PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ONE
 (1) SPACE PER 500 SQUARE FEET.
  
 9. THE PAVEMENT MARKING PLAN PROVIDES A NOTE THAT
 EXISTING PARKING SHALL BE RESTRIPED TO REMOVE TWO (2)
 REGULAR PARKING SPACES, AND ADD ONE (1) HANDICAP SPACE.
 THIS IS NOTED IN TWO (2) SEPARATE AREAS. THE SITE PLAN,
 ETC. SHALL INDICATE HOW THIS WILL BE CONFIGURED. A
 PARKING STRIPING DETAIL SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED. BE SURE
 TO ACCOUNT FOR THE LOSS OF SPACES IN THE OVERALL
 PROPOSED PARKING COUNTS.
  
 10. PLANS SHALL NOTE THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED
 FUEL TANKS AND DESCRIBE HOW THESE WILL ADEQUATELY BE
 SCREENED.
  
 11. PLANS SHALL NOTE THE OVERALL BUILDING HEIGHT OF THE
 GENERATOR BUILDING, AS MEASURED FROM GRADE TO THE MEAN
 POINT OF THE PITCHED ROOF.
  
 12. HAS ANY INFORMATION BEEN COLLECTED REGARDING THE
 NOISE LEVELS THAT WILL BE GENERATED AS A RESULT OF THE
 PROPOSED GENERATORS? AS EXPRESSED PREVIOUSLY, CONCERNS
 EXIST REGARDING THE PRODUCTION OF EXCESSIVE NOISE
 WITHIN CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD.
 PLEASE PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE REGARDING THE
 EXPECTED NOISE LEVELS GENERATED FROM THE PROPOSED
 EQUIPMENT.
