 THE ACCESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT YOU PROVIDED AS RECORDED
 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 24492 AT PG. 174 AND HAVE THE
 FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 ON PAGE 1, THE GRANTOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN MR. GOLSHANI.
 THE GRANTOR AND GRANTEE NAMES ARE REVERSED.
 EXHIBIT "A" SHOULD BE THE DESCRIPTION OF MR. GOLSHANI'S
 PROPERTY; SIMPLY" LOT 48, BLOCK 4, VISTA ENCANTO
 ADDITION......."
 EXHIBIT "B" SHOULD BE THE EXHIBIT LABELED AS "A" WHICH
 SHOWS THE 3' LANDSCAPE EASEMENT.
 THE NOTARY FOR CEDRIC DUPONT SHOWS HIM AS A
 REPRESENTATIVE OF EXCLUSIVE EUROPEAN ANTIQUES WHICH
 SHOULD BE 3415 SOUTH DIXIE, LLC.
 THE LAST 2 PAGES ARE A ROADWAY EASEMENT WHICH NEEDS TO
 BE GRANTED TO THE CITY FOR SIDEWALK PURPOSES. THAT
 EXHIBIT SHOULD BE RE-LABELLED AS A SIDEWALK EASEMENT
 AND 2 ORIGINALS RETURNED TO THIS OFFICE. I WILL FILL
 OUT THE SIDEWALK EASEMENT AND RETURN FOR THEIR
 SIGNATURE.
 MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO RECORD A 'CORRECTIVE" ACCESS
 EASEMENT AGREEMENT .
